Pokémon Art Academy Competition Winners Announced

Winning Illustrations to Be Made into Custom Pokémon TCG Cards*

BELLEVUE, Wash.—June 08, 2015—The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo of America Inc. have revealed the North American winners of the international Pokémon Art Academy Competition. After accepting thousands of entries that were created using the Pokémon Art Academy video game, available exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems, the panel of judges have chosen six of their favorite illustrations.

Pokémon Art Academy offers all aspiring Pokémon artists 40 lessons in how to paint, sketch, and draw popular Pokémon. Students of Pokémon Art Academy will pick up illustration skills that they can transfer onto real canvas, and they may share their digital masterpieces with the world.
