About Creative Intelligence Arts Inc.

Founded by Hiroaki Yura in 2010, Creative Intelligence Arts Inc., continues to create high quality material for animation and game development, both musically and visually. CIA Inc. represents talents such as the well known engineer, John Kurlander (representation for Japan), along with various other composers, musicians, and artists. In August 2013, CIA announced its first ever indies video game project, Project Phoenix, on Kickstarter, garnering over 1 million USD in pledges in just a month. This was at that time the highest pledge ever made to a Japan indie Kickstarter video game project. This project, still mid-production, features incredible talents, such as Nobuo Uematsu and other prestigious staff who worked on Final Fantasy and games by Blizzard Entertainment. In August 2014, CIA coordinated for another Kickstarter crowdsourcing project, Under the Dog, this time an indie animation film, which was also successfully funded as the most crowd funded animation in its time.
