Voltage Inc.'s Report of Anime Expo

Voltage Inc. (Tokyo, Shibuya ward CEO: Yuzi Tsutani) hosted a booth at ANIME EXPO 2016 from July 1st 2016 (Friday) to July 4th 2016 (Monday) at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Anime Expo is North America's largest anime and manga convention, bringing in over 200,000 visitors every year. This year marks our third year showing at Anime Expo, and our booth not only doubled in size, but recreated the world of our latest Romance App, “Era of Samurai: Code of Love” (Japanese title: Shinsengumi ga Aishita Onna). At our booth, we welcomed over 2,000 visitors who took pictures with our handsome models dressed as Shinsengumi warriors.
We also unveiled our upcoming English title, coming this fall, titled “Liar! Uncover the Truth.” The Japanese version (Doubt ~Usotsuki Otoko wa Dare?~) has become a smash hit with over two-million downloads in Japan. This is a new type of Romance App, combining puzzle-solving elements where you collect evidence and call out liars. The demo was well received, and it was clear to see that our Western fans are incredibly excited for its release.

Voltage Inc. began releasing its Romance Apps series for the Western market in 2011. We have consistently been at the top of the charts in the entertainment section of the App Store in North America, and our brand recognition only continues to grow in the West. Voltage Inc. will continue to strive to deliver high-quality content to people all across the globe.
