Aniplex of America Begins Ticket Sales for Nationwide Theatrical Release of Fate/stay night [Heaven's Feel] The Movie I. presage flower

Rejoice Fate fans! Tickets for the first of three Fate movies now available!

SANTA MONICA, CA (October 3, 2017) – Aniplex of America has officially opened ticket sales for the nationwide theatrical release of the highly anticipated movie, Fate/stay night [Heaven's Feel] THE MOVIE I. presage flower, on the series' official homepage. Earlier this week, Aniplex of America, along with the film distribution company AZOLAND PICTURES, announced that they will be holding a special one-night only premiere event at The Theatre at Ace Hotel (Los Angeles, CA) on Friday, November 3rd. Tickets for both the premiere event and nationwide theatrical release are available at: http://www.fatestaynightusa.com/theater/.

The star-studded cast of both Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] and Fate/Zero returns in the first chapter of the epic film trilogy, including Noriaki Sugiyma as protagonist Shirou Emiya, Ayako Kawasumi as Saber, Kana Ueda as Rin Tohsaka, and Noriko Shitaya as the series' tragic heroine, Sakura Matou. Fan-favorite ufotable (the Garden of Sinners, God Eater) and director Tomonori Sudou (Fate/Zero, Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works]) also join the team of returning staff for the feature film, along with music by Yuki Kajiura (Sword Art Online franchise, Puella Magi Madoka franchise). Based on the original story by Kinoko Nasu and TYPE-MOON, Fate/stay night [Heaven's Feel] THE MOVIE I. presage flower brings the Fate series' unique storytelling and otherworldly cast of characters to the big screen for the first time. Movie-goers will now have a chance to experience the despair, romance, and terrifying secrets of the Holy Grail War in the first chapter of this high-stakes trilogy.

“I know that many people, including the staff and myself, have been looking forward to the Sakura route of Fate/stay night,” says Noriaki Sugiyama at the Heaven's Feel Talk Show for the Fate/Grand Order Festival in July. “We've been done with recording for a while now, so seeing the PV today, I was blown away by the CG and high quality production value. I can't wait to see it in the theaters! I urge everyone to go watch it not just once, but twice or even three times!”

About Fate/stay night [Heaven's Feel] THE MOVIE I. presage flower:
“If I became a bad person, would you be able to forgive me?”

The boy wished to protect the girl. That was his thought.
10 years after the Holy Grail War—a battle waged by Masters and Servants over the wish-granter, the Holy Grail—another war breaks out in Fuyuki City.
Shirou Emiya—the adopted son of Kiritsugu Emiya, a participant of the previous Holy Grail War—resolves to fight, carrying out Kiritsugu's dying wish.

There's a young girl by Shirou's side who's in love with him—Sakura Matou.
Every morning, she goes to Shirou's house to make breakfast and dinner for him, bringing kindness into the life of a boy utterly alone in the world.
But once the Holy Grail War starts, there's a change in the air in Fuyuki City.
Murders abound across the city, and the atmosphere grows ominous.
Shirou decides to shelter Sakura in his home.

Along with Saber, the Servant he summons, Shirou allies himself with the mage Rin Tohsaka and takes part in the Holy Grail War.

But the battle starts to go awry as secret maneuvers by unseen forces are put into play.
