Your thoughts on Kite and Kite Liberator

Are you familiar with the difference between the three different edits of Kite? Which one do you think is the "best" version.
I have no idea what this question refers to.
The completely uncut version is the best version.
The almost completely uncut version is the best version.
The non pornographic cut is the best version.
I know what this refers to, but I don't really know enough about the different versions, so I have no opinion.
On a scale of 1-5, how strongly do you agree with this statement "Kite is an example where not only was cutting parts out of the US release necessary, but it substantially improved the show." 1 = Strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree.

If you learned that Kite was originally envisioned as a non-pornographic anime, but the creator had no choice but to add in pornographic scenes at the behest of the production company, and that the non-pornographic cut it the closest to his original vision, would this change your answer to the above two questions?
