| Gunslinger Girl: Il Teatrino (TV) | Two of the biggest reasons I enjoyed the original Gunslinger Girl series were a solid plot and a the use of a wonderful classical score (including a very heartbreakingly good use of The Delgados' song "The Light Before We Land" as the opening). Il Teatrino has neither of these...I could barely make it past the first episode because the plot was faulty and rather lame compared to the melancholic aura of the first series and the score is, put simply, horrendous. |
