| Bleach (TV) | Masterpiece | at first, i assumed it was one of those stories going like this: OH NO! IT'S A DEMON! WE'RE BADASS AND HAVE BIG SWORDS AND ARE GOING TO KIIILLL ITTT!! RAAAARRR!!! HELL YES, THE EPISODE IS OVER AND WE'RE AS HARDCORE AS EVER!! NEXT EPISODE!!! but it wasn't. yes, that's a bare-bones outline, but the characters have real depth and the story doesn't run itself into ruts like that. it's escalating quite nicely. |
| Hello Kitty's Animation Theater (TV) | Good | i used to watch this show when i was a little kid. all i can remember is the theme song and an episode where they acted out Cinderella. adorable. |
| Inuyasha (TV) | Decent | utterly predictable. it could've been cut down to about ten episodes and nothing would have been missed. Of course I never finished it, so if you love inu yasha, don't kill me, please. |
| Naruto (TV) | Masterpiece | it never ceases to amaze me how every single character is developed so excellently without boring the heck out of you or running out of ideas. and there are a LOT of characters. this is my favorite anime, but i wish i could get a hold of the new episodes faster! i need more! |
| Neon Genesis Evangelion (TV) | Good | i saw about four episodes of evangelion at a friend's house, and never pursued it farther because it was already licensed and i had no money to get more. what i've seen though was just fabulous.it's the only mecha i'd ever want to actually watch all the way to the end. |
| Ranma ½ (TV) | Masterpiece | the. funniest. thing. i've. ever. seen. which is about two seasons. i love how it never gets old. |

| Samurai 7 (TV) | Masterpiece | the art is beautiful. the story is beautiful. the samurai are fucking beautiful (especially when they're insinuating how much they love each other). this is one of my absolute favorites. |
| Space Pirate Captain Harlock (TV) | Masterpiece | leji's style is so wonderful, and harlock's cape blows in the wind even when he's inside the space ship. when i grow up, i'm going to fly under that banner of freedom! |
