(The) Animatrix (OAV) Good
Appleseed (movie) Decent
Area 88 (OAV) Very good
Armitage III (OAV) Very good Sufficed to say, Armitage was officially the first anime I watched. Boy am I ever glad it was. Now, I don't remember if it was this one or Dual-Matrix, but I do remember I was drawn in by the action, the aesthetics of cyber-punk, the animation, and the underlying contexts. Upon retrospect, it always seems less than how great I remembered it to be, but it serves as a reminder that I don't watch it nearly enough. Everyone loves their first, and this is no exception. Armitage is the reason I continued watching anime. <3
Armitage: Dual-Matrix (movie) Very good
Berserk (TV) Excellent
Black Magic M-66 (OAV) Good
Blood: The Last Vampire (movie) Very good This was animated EXTREMELY well. My only regret is that it was so short. D;

Cyber City Oedo 808 (OAV) Very good
Cybernetics Guardian (OAV) Decent
Darkside Blues (movie) Good
Dead Leaves (OAV) Very good *Doesn't require full attention to watch* This one challenges the status quo of typical japanese animation design. I particularly liked the way this one was animated and colored. The soundtrack as pretty neat, too. I would really expect something like this to be aired right before Aeon Flux, back when MTV used to show cartoons. It's fast-paced, action-packed, always on the move, and takes superhero anime physics to the extreme!
Demon City Shinjuku (OAV) Good
Desert Punk (TV) Very good
Excel Saga (TV) Decent
Extra (OAV) Masterpiece Extra is a music video of Ken Ishii's song of the same title, animated by Studio 4°C. The whole video is a psychological acid trip of cyberpunk proportions (music is cyberpunk, too). Your guess is as good as mine as to what's going on in the video. Studio 4°C also animated Ayumi Hamasaki - Connected and Linkin Park - Breaking the Habit, as well as Utada Hikaru - Passion (which is a little hard to find online, here's the link: Youtube doesn't give these "AMV"s enough credit, what with the reduced quality. I only really like Ken Ishii in terms of music, but I still recommend watching all of them.
Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture Decent
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (movie) Not really good
FLCL (OAV) Very good
Full Metal Panic! (TV) Decent
Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid (TV) Decent
Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid (OAV) Decent
Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu (TV) Decent
Fullmetal Alchemist (TV) Weak *Overly dramatic*
Fullmetal Alchemist: The Movie - Conqueror of Shamballa Good I liked the inclusion of real world history (i.e. World War era) in the parallel world where Edward was stuck. That was a redeeming touch.
Ghost in the Shell (movie) Very good
Golden Boy (OAV) Excellent
GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka (TV) Excellent
Gunsmith Cats (OAV) Very good
Howl's Moving Castle (movie) So-so I have no opinion of most Miyazaki movies, other than "Disney did it better"
INTERSTELLA 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem (movie) Excellent *Doesn't require full attention to watch* Interstella 5555 is actually a Daft Punk music video! With no narration or verbal dialogue, Leiji Matsumoto masterfully appends a vividly-colored, intergalactic love story, about a pop band, a pilot with a crush, and a musical madman, to the beat of Daft Punk's Discovery album. This was a bit of a tearjerker for me... I could watch it a hundred times and never tire of it.
Jin-Roh - The Wolf Brigade (movie) Excellent
Kai Doh Maru (OAV) Decent
Karas (OAV) Good
Key the Metal Idol (OAV) Excellent
Kiki's Delivery Service (movie) Good Y'know, this Miyazaki flick was kinda good. It's been a long while since I've seen it, but that's my general impression.
(The) King of Fighters: Another Day (ONA) Good For a fighting game anime, the animation was superb! Really crisp. Something turned me off about the plot and characters, though. They tried way too hard to make the characters look cool, in terms of attitude. The fighting scenes were cool enough but could've lasted longer, which you would really expect from a 2-D fighter, right? The real downer?: The episodes are less than 10 minutes long. That's an ONA for you. Here's my gold star for the effort, and for a couple neat scenes and character cameos.

Plastic Little (OAV) Decent
Princess Mononoke (movie) So-so I have no opinion of most Miyazaki movies, other than "Disney did it better"
Project A-Ko 2: Plot of the Daitokuji Financial Group (OAV) Good
Puni Puni Poemy (OAV) Weak Typical forced anime humor, cute girls, and fan service. I didn't know whether this was a multi-parody as Excel Saga was, but I do know that if it was, it still wouldn't be enough to make it 'good'. Nabeshin's still a cool guy, though.
Reign: The Conqueror (TV) Bad
Riding Bean (OAV) Good
Samurai 7 (TV) Very good
Serial Experiments Lain (TV) Excellent
She and Her Cat (OAV) Excellent Heartwarming short-story between a woman, living alone, and her cat. Black and white, the story is narrated by the cat. It is approximately 5 minutes long, but that's all it takes to evoke a genuine smile.
