If You can't sleep after seeing anime series, that must mean something right? I coudn't sleep after seeing whole Berserk(Tv). This anime is... I can't even find a proper word... Shocking and deep hurting.. After seeing first episodes I thought: gosh - another stupid story about big barbarian with a sword bigger than him, but.. There was something in it.. A story... A story about pride, ambitions and greed for power. Greed so huge that it was destroying everything what stayed in a way. A story about passion, about hatred and love. And most of all about human destiny - can we decide about path of our lives? Do we have any choice? The answer comes from an intro. Check it out for yourself. The world featured in Berserk is cruel. Really cruel.. Full of blood, violence and destruction. You can only find death here... Pessimism and cruelty.. Maybe they are the reasons why this anime is so shocking.. What is more: great music (Forces rocks!), intriguing love plot with sweet sweet (she's really sweet;) Casca (Yuko Miyamura) and great adventure. As You can see I voted for Masterpiece... This anime is unique, I'm sure it will leave a mark in Your soul (in my it did). What can I say more.. Watch it. I'm sure you won't regret it. |

One day I had seen scraps of this anime in some bloody AMV about Vampires so I wished to see it. My attention was brought by quite oustanding computer effects in the metro scene. I thought: "Cool! That might be good anime". I was veeery wrong ;) Script - awful - typical stupidity about some evil aliens or beasts which kill people, whatever.. Our heroine - a girl (she's really ugly I must say;) with a sword. She kills the beasts so you can sleep tight. Computer effects are really good but with this stupid plot I just wanted to end watching as fast I could. This way I just have saved 40 minutes of your precious time. You don't have thank me. ;D |

Great special episode of GTO drama comes with continuation of Eikichii & Azusa relationship. What can I say.. Nice special episode with good laugh and interesting plot + bed scene with Eikichii & Azusa (ROTFL :) Great if you loved the series ;) And Sorimachi.. He is so cool.. ;) |

GREAT!!!! Absolutely great! That was my first j-drama and now I'm sure that it won't be the last one ;) I think that the plot of original GTO is well known to everyone, cause it's a classic manga&anime, but authors of the drama decided to change it a bit. I've read only 2 volumes of manga and watched just few episodes of anime, but the diffrence is perceptible. In my opinion drama is more serious because drama-Eikichii Onizuka is a bit less hentai than manga-Eikichii Onizuka (but just a little bit ;) In drama he wants to be teacher whereas in manga he also wants to hava 16 year old wife ;) The drama brings up lots of problems of modern school - like bullying, corporal punishment in school, perverted teachers and problems of modern Japan - discrimination of woman, prostitution of minor or perverted teens ;) The series is sometimes illogical but it showes well the chaos of school and what is most interesting - the picture of the modern Japan - a place little bit strange to the foreigner, place where facesaving is more important than anything. Inside of that chaos there is one man- Eikichii Onizuka - at first hated by his students then hated by almost all the teachers - the only man who is rather normal is this series, who knows what is good, and what is wrong ;) As you can see the drama has some educational values, but still it makes great series about love, friendship and what is most important - about Life ;) And is good laugh too ;) And Takashi Sorimachi... He is so cool!!!! I loved his act, it was a little bit exagerated and maybe dull (but I heard that it's normal with japanese actors) but still he was great!! I can't wait too see his other dramas like Virgin Road or Cheap Love. Summing up - just GREAT! ;) |

I expected a continuation of special episode (wedding perhaps^^) but I was dissapointed. Onizuka goes to Hokkaido to help another school with "hard" students. Kinda strange episode because there's no Azusa!! :( Eikichii is single again. Don't know why they messed it up. Plot is also liitle bit strange and illogical but it's rather GTO-style so don't worry ;) As usual good laugh and lots of life-truths from Eikichii guaranted ;) And Sorimachi... he is so cool.... ;) Overall - only "very good" (that's for lack of Fuyutsuki ;( |

What can I say? Classic.. Ninja-anime classic.. I've been fascinated by this anime since I saw one of it's AMV - with music by Rob Zombie - Dragula (Made by Aluminium Studios). It was awesome! (and I must stress that it was a few years ago when I didn't see to many good amvs..) The music was great and it was synchronised with video perfectly. AMV was full of action, monsters and veery bloody ;) (It's still in my TOP10 AMV of all time - watch it!). And so I' d become eager to see this anime. After a year I managed to see it and it was great as I had expected! Lots of fights, blood and sex (There is only thing in minds of those monsters.. ;) Maybe it's not too "deep plot" but it is great! ;) And in opposite to Ninja Scroll TV series it is directed to adults so authors could realise sickest of their ideas ;) The only bad thing I noticed is the ugliness of the female character, damn Jubei you are extremely blind in this matter i must say.. ;) (Ninja Scroll tv is a little better in this case, but still.. ;) It' a good anime for nice evening, watch it and forget about Ninja Scroll tv, it's a waste of time ;) |

Damn I lost a lot time watching this piece of s.. something really not good... ;) The problem with this anime is it's stupidity or maybe the stupidity of the authors. It's nice to see from time to time something "brain-not-needing" but it must be interesting! The are only 3 interesting epizodes in whole series! (1.First episode - "Ok. Let the adventure begin!", 2. 9th episode - the only episode that You wil propably remember from the whole series cause the authors thought it over and created something deeper than usual brainless blood bath. 3. Last episode - "YES!! The end of this crap at last!" ;) You ask about Plot? What plot?? Aaaahh.. You mean this babble about stone and Princess of Light (she's not even cute.. ;P)? Watch episode 1 and 13 and you will know everything! Episodes from 2 to 12 (ok, except 9th) are only a festivity of really not to good fights that usually end with "I'm-So-Cool-Ninja-Jubei-With-Sword-Slash-That-Kills-Everything-In-Sight-No Jutsu". Everything is predictable here, no surprises. Bad guys come, they want the stone, so they get the ass kicked. That's all. Jubei is rather slow-thinker, which is kinda annnoyoing cause he should be a "cool-ninja-I-know-everything" ;P Other characters like old man ninja and this stupid thief kid are are only a background and the Princess is not to beatiful and kinda retarted so no "action" here also...^^ Reassuming: stupid plot, flat characters, predictability, weak ending = bad anime. Ufff... Maybe I was too rough on this, but the Ninja Scroll movie was very good - very brutal, shocking and interesting. Shame that tv series is so primitive.. Maybe that's because of the PG-13 restriction - the authors had to make something for younger audience.. Shame.. PS. Ok. One good thing for the end: I liked the music. The main theme was nice. Oh.. and the monsters.. They were sometimes really odd and nasty ;) |

I've just watched and.. I must say that I'm impressed.. What's so impressive in this anime? I think that the fact that in such a short 25 minute OAV anime, the director placed such an interesting, original story. I've been hipnotised for those 25 minutes. The plot is great! In a simplest way it's a story about love, love of two people separated form each other in space and time(!). It's no sense of talking in details cause it's rather complicated, the problem is that they can't see each other, can't talk directly, they are condemned on using cell phones and sending messages that take lot of time to get to the recipient. They live a life of waiting for message from each other and anyhow it seem meanigless (cause they may never meet again) they cling to it. Why? Watch it and check it out. It was very touching anime. One of those romantic, deep stories that I really love to watch. ;-) If You have ever been separated from someone u love for a long period of time (and maybe the only method of contact was cell phone ;) You'll understand this anime in an instant. Anyway, watch it! Another so called "must-see" ;) |
