2.43: Seiin High School Boys Volleyball Team (TV) Good
86 (TV) Very good
86 (TV 2) Excellent
ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. (TV) Good
Accel World (TV) Good The more I watch the show the less I like all of the characters and more and more I notice that the show keeps having these dramatic moments however the writing is so terrible for them the drama is lost on me and I am just sitting there in disgust at the lack of explanation or reason like the writers must of just said fuck it, it sounds cool lets just throw it in there. One dramatic scene that has no reason behind it could be bad so lets throw in a lot so that way it can't possibly be bad right?! yeah... no... it is bad. That being said the show had some rare good moments that made it just another average forgettable show
Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero (TV) Good This would of been rated a whole lot higher if the show didn't get so cheesy and lame at parts not to mention being so obsessed with fanservice at times that the show sacrificed the story time, which for an anime with only 12 episodes matters in my opinion. The main character akatsuki really made the show. He was smart, wise, strong, perverted, caring, just, and never ceases to amaze. Not to mention he has a lot of good lines even if they are cheesy. I hope they make a second season.
Aho-Girl (TV) Not really good
Air (TV) Masterpiece I don't think anyone would disagree that it is a really good anime. I mean I probably am too generous rating this but even though in thirteen episodes I saw the same story 3 times it I can still describe this all in one word. Beautiful. The kids may be all poets but the animation and music are truly beautiful and sometimes the plot goes together with these two factors to make something truly wonderful to experience. Yes you do not watch air, you experience it.
Air Gear (TV) Good
Akame ga KILL! (TV) Not really good This show would have been soooooooo fucking good if only they took out everything about the imperial arms.
Akane Iro ni Somaru Saka (TV) Not really good watching this anime really made me want to kick myself for seeing yosuga no sora because I feel as though I would of enjoyed this a lot more if I had seen it first. This anime will be forgettable for sure.
Akudama Drive (TV) Good
Alderamin on the Sky (TV) Good
Aldnoah.Zero (TV) Weak
All Out!! (TV) Good
(The) Ancient Magus' Bride (TV) Not really good
Angel Beats! (TV) Excellent it was really good but jeez it was sad. the main character loses his memory and this one girl who all the other characters have been trying to kill ends up making the story so sad because she was just like them but she had to suffer so much. the music was amazing too so the only problem I had was that I never learned how any of them died except for the main character
anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day (TV) Masterpiece I watched it all the way through without stopping between episodes once. it was just really good all around. I mean most people in this anime need to go to a psychiatrist even though half of them act like one. also the main character's life is just going to go down hill I dropped out of school and now he is just working part time jobs while he lives with his father. Now a lot of things were predictable but it didn't take away from the entertainment I mean only 11 episodes and I was emotionally attached to the characters
Aoashi (TV) Very good
(The) Apothecary Diaries (TV) Good
Aquarion (TV) Good it was nine episodes before the main characters didn't fail at saving the normal people from being taken from angels and they never succeeded again but I guess it didn't matter in the end. Over all the writing was terrible but I can still say that an anime about a giant orgasm inducing robot was entertaining
Arifureta - From Commonplace to World's Strongest (TV) Good
Arifureta - From Commonplace to World's Strongest (TV 2) Decent
Arpeggio of Blue Steel - Ars Nova (TV) Good A very interesting show but I wish there was more to be interested in. The music and animation were first class just absolutely beautiful. The characters were all forgettable unfortunately and as for the story there isn't much to say because the entire show is about all the humans being useless except for some kids with a rogue submarine and that submarine each episode fights other submarines or it is setting up for more submarine fights. That is the only real over arching theme besides these ships questioning who they are but that isn't a story because it is the same thing for each ship pretty much except for the bad guy ship that doesn't really seem to get it like the rest of the ships. 11/12 episodes in and the main ship iona can't even explain what her captain's goals are because that is just kinda glossed over and pushed to the side so there can be more fight scenes.
Ascendance of a Bookworm (TV) Good
Assassination Classroom (TV) Very good
Assassination Classroom (TV 2) Good
Attack on Titan (TV) Masterpiece One of the best anime I have ever seen. The ending was kind of weak but I believe they were just setting up for a second season so that is why they left so many loose ends. The music was just perfect, the animation was fantastic, and the characters were just brilliant.
Attack on Titan (TV 2/2017) Excellent
Attack on Titan (TV 3/2018) Not really good
Attack on Titan (TV 4/2019) Very good
Attack on Titan The Final Season (TV) Excellent
Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 2 (TV) Excellent
B: The Beginning (ONA) Good
Baby Steps (TV) Good
Baccano! (TV) Excellent interesting characters and way of story telling since it wasn't in chronological order which definitely built suspense.
Bakemonogatari (TV) Decent very weird, a lot to take in, extremely verbose. left me really wanting to know the back story and what happens afterword. I felt like this was a continuation of something and that I was missing a lot because a lot of scenes weren't animated and where just left as blank screens with audio
Baki (ONA) Bad
Baki (ONA 2) Decent
Baki Hanma (ONA) Decent
Baki Hanma (ONA 2) Good
Baki the Grappler (TV) Not really good
Berserk (TV 1997) Good The ending was horrifying but it left me pissed off because the anime started at the present time then the rest of the time it is just a flash back of them fighting so this guy could become someone important and respected throughout the land but the guy throws it all away when the main character leaves him so when the main character comes back the guy has been tortured until he is nothing but a useless sack of bones and his former companions fugitives then the guy uses some demonic power and has all the characters killed except the main character for some reason as the love interest is raped by the guy as the main character watches... yeah horrifying
Berserk of Gluttony (TV) Good
Beyond the Boundary (TV) Very good
Big Windup! (TV) So-so
Black Bullet (TV) Not really good
Black Clover (TV) Bad Animation is TERRIBLE 99% of the time, running gags are so fucking unbearable to sit through I pull out my phone, every episode has a 30 second recap covering the premise of the entire show which is such a fucking waste of time why are you showing that 80 episodes in? Do you think a new watcher is going to jump in on episode 80 and think man I sure am glad 30 FUCKING SECONDS OF RECAP COVERED EVERYTHING I MISSED SO FAR, then of course there is other stupid shit to pad the run time like A SECOND FUCKING RECAP THIS TIME TO COVER WHAT HAPPENED LAST EPISODE throw in a minute and a half of an op with decent music and terrible art and direction and that is 3 to 4 minutes gone right there. This is every episode people. Every. Damn. Episode. This is how you know that an on going series needs to transition to seasonal because they pad too much time for every episode and have multiple episodes recapping the season so far and have filler episodes. Speaking of padding the same complaint for the op goes to the ed as well and lets not forget the episode may have been too long at this point so lets have stupid irrelevant chibi shit. At this point you are thinking oh two recaps how am I ever going to keep up with the fast pace of the actual episode? Well don't you worry the half way point makes sure to repeat the last scene for you and everyone has to get a reaction in as soon as someone does something SOMETIMES TWO REACTIONS FOR ONE FUCKING MOVE AINT THAT FRESH?!?! In order to round out the show they make sure to reuse footage, and make that the voice acting is grating on the ears especially asta's character screaming constantly and the writing is so bad that nothing else matters because the show was never going to be good with writing that bad. I sat through all of this shit show just to torture myself and rant about it because I just wanted to tear into this piss poor knock off of naruto.
Black Lagoon (TV) Good 1
Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage (TV) Good
Black Rock Shooter (TV) Decent really weird, can't say i liked where they went with it. also incredibly short
Black Summoner (TV) Good
Bleach (TV) Excellent so many things I could say about this anime. cool, fucking epic, just as much filler as story. I think the first 80 some episodes were the best because the main character character experienced the most growth in this time and just kept getting cooler and cooler. sure he gets super epic later on but there is so much filler it is kinda ridiculous. I mean sometimes there will be only 1 episode of filler and then other times there will be like more than 30 episodes of filler so watching it as it comes out sucks but I started watching it after it had like 200 some episodes already so that was really really really enjoyable. I would say this is better than naruto just because it isn't as childish and I would definitely put this in my top 5 favorite anime
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War (TV) Excellent
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War - The Separation (TV 2) Good Really dropped in animation quality from the last season, but the directing was much less serious which ultimately made some scenes so boring I stopped paying attention. Source material adapted though also had some issues like how no death has stakes, the character list is incredibly long and made the quincies forgettable like the arrancar and fullbringer. Also if ichigo didn't leave the royal palace ywhach would have still found a way there and then the story would have resolved twice as fast, but I suppose the hero savior don't trust nobody to be useful whenever a badguy shows up. Also powers are just so yada yada'd like here is a random secret kido, or I can just fly now even though everyone used to need a tool for that, or "killing intent" was actually quincy powers even though that quincy friend never knew I was a quincy too even though both our dads knew. That said you get some cast favorites just bein balls to the wall badass, with highly anticipated reveals and it was cool to see just wish they made it look and sound cooler to fit the moment.
Blood Blockade Battlefront (TV) Good
Blue Exorcist (TV) Good main character is bad ass but his voice can get annoying
Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga (TV) Bad
BLUELOCK (TV) Very good
Brynhildr in the Darkness (TV) Awful
C – Control – The Money and Soul of Possibility (TV) Decent So the main character is someone that never had a lot of money so all he wants in life is to not have to worry about money. So when enticed with incredible amounts of money he accepts not knowing the consequences. However once he finds out that nothing in life comes for free he tries to undo not only his foolish actions but everyone like him by giving all the money ever given back although it isn't explained how he got all the money ever given. And it basically ends with that. Plus they tried to squeeze in a romance but luckily didn't stress it too much.
Casshern Sins (TV) Excellent really makes you think. Life. Death. There are many decisions in life.
Chainsaw Man (TV) Very good
Chihayafuru (TV) Very good
Chihayafuru 2 (TV) Very good
Chihayafuru 3 (TV) Good
Clannad (TV) Very good
Clannad After Story (TV) Very good It was his own damn fault it happened so i don't feel sorry for him. He knew it was going to happen but he did it anyways. Still that poor bastard went through a hell of a lot
Classroom of the Elite (TV) Good
Classroom of the Elite II (TV 2) Very good
Claymore (TV) Bad
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (TV) Good this ended on such a suspenseful note that I immediately started the first episode of the second season
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (TV) Excellent from season one to two it just kept getting better and better until a grand finale! of course I couldn't image watching this as it came out because of the suspenseful endings.
Code:Breaker (TV) Not really good
(The) Comic Artist and His Assistants (TV) Good Some what entertaining, I could take it or leave it really.
Concrete Revolutio (TV) Bad
Cowboy Bebop (TV) Decent it had a very laid back feel that made it seem to go slow which would make me dislike any action anime
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners (ONA) Good
Daily Lives of High School Boys (TV) Weak There literally wasn't a single thing I liked about this anime. Maybe I need to stop watching shitty comedy anime...
Dance in the Vampire Bund (TV) So-so I would like to see a sequel to this
Danganronpa The Animation (TV) Very good The anime felt incredibly rushed and so we didn't really get to become attached to a lot of the characters but the concept, story, and animation were all great. The music kind of sucked but I've heard worse.
DARLING in the FRANXX (TV) Bad
DAYS (TV) Good
Dead Mount Death Play (TV) Weak
Deadman Wonderland (TV) So-so I'm not really sure what they were going with this because they would do horrible things to characters that I couldn't possibly have become attached to so the only reason to be doing it is to fuck with the main character's sanity but I don't want to say too much about this because it is obvious there will be a second season and I want to watch it all to see how they wrap it all up before judging it that much
Death March to The Parallel World Rhapsody (TV) Not really good
Death Note (TV) Excellent Everyone talks fast in this anime so everything they say doesn't quite sink in so at first you think how smart Light and them are. But I wouldn't go that far. Either way it was one of the first anime I watched, it kept my attention, it was interesting and unique to me at the time and I see why it is so popular
Death Parade (TV) Very good
Demon King Daimao (TV) Good The plot was poorly written but the series was entertaining despite that. a decent ecchi too
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (TV) Good
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc (TV) Very good
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc (TV) Very good
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc (TV) Good
Devils and Realist (TV) Weak a cool concept but that is literally the only thing going for this anime
Digimon Adventure (TV) Very good
Digimon: Data Squad (TV) So-so I was glad that they finally made it so the tamers no longer became digimon and were just tamers
Dorohedoro (TV) Very good
Dororo (TV 2019) Decent
Dr. Stone (TV) Very good
Dr. Stone: Stone Wars (TV) Good
Dragon Ball Z (TV) Very good
Dragon Ball Z Kai (TV) Decent Kai is like DBZ without fillers. This sounds like a great idea but since DBZ took so long and had so many episodes it was like I grew up with DBZ and became really attached to the characters which made watching all of those stupid episodes of filler totally worth it. That is why Kai has to be rated lower than DBZ
Durarara!! (TV) So-so it had an unpredictable plot but it wasn't memorable at all
Durarara!!×2 Ketsu (TV) Decent
Durarara!!×2 Shō (TV) Good
Durarara!!×2 Ten (TV) Good
Eden of the East (TV) Very good had a few gaps where I was like really? REALLY?! but I guess they couldn't go into detail about everything and justify stuff in just 11 episodes. the characters were very likable and the music was really good. the animation was a little annoying with the noses and I find it hard to compare short anime to longer anime because everything is so much more in depth. I think I enjoyed watching this more than mirai nikki only because mirai nikki just goes into all kinds of fucked up shit and eden of the east was more toned down. I feel as though I would have enjoyed this a heck of a lot more if I read into more but that isn't my style
(The) Eminence in Shadow (TV) Masterpiece
(The) Eminence in Shadow 2nd Season (TV 2) Very good
ERASED (TV) Masterpiece As soon as I saw the first few seconds of the opening it was obvious the killer was the teacher because no one else had that kind of chin and his pants looked exactly the same. I'll admit the red eyes throughout the show were some literal red herrings for accomplices I thought there was some sort of pedophile ring and they were killing them afterwards at first, but thank god it didn't get as dark as that which was a sigh of relief like every other episode. Had to bing watch this one all the way through I couldn't stop it was so engrossing. Opening theme is a total banger too but any naruto fan knows what's up with asian kung fu generation.
Eureka Seven (TV) Masterpiece they ruined eureka's hair and they treat the main character like shit but this anime invoked emotions in me like no other anime has ever and it was a pleasure to watch
(The) Familiar of Zero (TV) Good This was pretty good, I usually can't stand tsundere characters but louise is actually likable because saito gives her reasons to be pissed at him instead of her just being a bitch for no reason. I didn't rate it higher though because they just seemed to force certain situations which kind of seemed lazy on the writer's part
(The) Familiar of Zero F (TV) Weak Left a bad taste in my mouth I wish I had never seen this season or any of the ones before it
(The) Familiar of Zero: Knight of the Twin Moons (TV) So-so pretty good characters like the first season and I only had one or two problems with the first season which this season quickly took care of, however it was so predictable I fell asleep sometimes. The main character saito is a horny jerk which just makes me feel sorry for louise so I was left feeling bad for the "tsundere". there are two more seasons and I am kind of reluctant to watch them but I'll keep them on want to see for now...
(The) Familiar of Zero: Rondo of Princesses (TV) Good The writers must really haite louise. saito has had 6 love interests at this point besides louise and yet she is made out as the bad guy? oh and the girls hug and kiss him and yet louise kicks him in the balls? do the girls ever stand up for saito or apologize to louise? no it never even occurs to them because they didn't do anything wrong, right......? Fucking annoying. what is worse is that some episodes are just copy and paste from the first season. I get it it has been a while since the first season and you want the viewer to be up to date but if they don't remember then leave it to them to refresh their memories you are only making like 12 episode seasons you don't have time to waste several episodes on stuff you have gone over before. Oh and don't get me started on the no one dying thing. Saito gets ripped to shreds and dies but is brought back by a fairy, then mr. colbert that was burnt alive was really just put to sleep by another character and has been hanging out in another country messing around with the whore of the series? really? REALLY?! this series knows how to piss me off it is lucky it got a good. Story and characters aside it has decent music and animation and overall it is cute when it isn't being boring or aggravating.
(The) Faraway Paladin (TV) Good
(The) Faraway Paladin: The Lord of Rust Mountain (TV 2) Good
Fate/stay night (TV) Not really good cliches that were just forced which just either made things more lame or just unbearable to sit through. Not to mention the innumerable inconsistencies. It just seemed like the writer(s) were inexperienced so they just took a little bit from a bunch of different things and tried to put it all together but it didn't work at all. Like if I had to describe this to someone I would say it was a tournament, harem, romance, comedy, love triangle, increasing powers, magic show where almost every character had shitty motivation but would be like bloodied and dead but some how survive. granted the characters that "were not technically alive" got killed but it was still retarded how characters survived some shit but maybe the anime tried to make it such a big deal they went over board.
Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works (TV) Very good
Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works (TV 2) Weak
Fate/Zero (TV) Good definitely better than fate stay night like waaay better but that really isn't saying much since fate stay night was so bad.
Fate/Zero (TV 2) So-so The conclusion to the series really was a let down. If you watched fate stay night then you already knew what the conclusion would be so I was hoping that they would try more to make it all the better to compensate for the "spoilers" but instead the climax was weak.
Fire Force (TV) So-so
Fire Force (TV 2) Not really good
Flame of Recca (TV) Weak 42 episodes is plenty of time to develop characters, a plot, etc and wrap it all up nicely right? Well I don't know if they just ran out of funding and had to cut it short or what but I wasted my time watching this. It had good music and the animation was just fine and even the characters were good but the story had so many plot holes and things left unfinished that on the last episode they kinda said "well we didn't get around to this stuff but who cares if nothing was settled" even though we never know what needs to be settled in the first place because the motivation for all the characters was so weak it was difficult to focus on the anime. the motivation for everyone seemed to be to protect this girl that we just met because the main character fell in love with her or something. Not to mention this kid that has no training can compete against professionals... Not to mention the fainting and people getting beaten then standing up to fight more my god they used that so much it made me sick. Just avoid this 90's anime
FLCL (OAV) Very good weird only begins to describe this. and not funny weird or crazy scary weird but pitiful weird
Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma (TV) Excellent
Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma: The Fourth Plate (TV) Bad
Food Wars! The Second Plate (TV) Good
Food Wars! The Third Plate (TV) Good
Food Wars! The Third Plate (TV 2) So-so
Forest of Piano (TV) So-so
Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club (TV) Good Character motivations were weak, poor rei is just fucked over in this anime time and again by his team mates but hey he is the new guy so why should they care about him right? And don't get me started on that piece of shit they called an ending. And Rin treats everyone around him like total shit but EVERYONE is obsessed over that asshole! Just trying to make a sports anime into a drama did not go well.
Free! Eternal Summer (TV) Awful It had no redeeming qualities at all. I didn't like the story, the characters, the shitty character development, even the music got worse. It was basically a ecchi geared towards women since nothing is left if you take out the fanservice.
Freezing (TV) Decent It didn't really stand out but I couldn't stop watching it
Frieren: Beyond Journey's End (TV) Excellent
Fullmetal Alchemist (TV) Excellent Definitely one of the better anime I have seen however the ending left me unfulfilled unlike brotherhood but brotherhood wasn't as good as this one for sure
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (TV) Very good fullmetal was more of a badass in this one but their father hoenheim wasn't. I liked the villain a lot more in this one too but all in all the first season is better than brotherhood hands down
(The) Future Diary (TV) Very good I HATE horror stuff and I am not really into psychological stuff so that is why I didn't rate this higher. But it is definitely fucking intense especially when you watch it as it comes out so I would watch a episode of mirai nikki then watch a episode of one piece or something so I didn't have nightmares or be freaked out by all the rape and shit in the anime. plus yukiteru is really hard to figure out he is still throwing me through loops after 20 some episodes so it is definitely a good anime entertainment wise
Gangsta. (TV) Good
Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo (TV) Very good Well it took me the better part of a year to finish but I'm glad i did. Once the mystery behind the count was explained the anime started to lose its appeal for me but it was a pretty anime with great music. If only more characters had depth to them then maybe the story would have been done more justice
Gantz (TV) So-so All the characters are fucked up in the head in one way or another but maybe that was just the anime trying to tell us that we are all fucked up because we are human. If that is true then it is a interesting commentary but the way they went about kind of got on my nerves. I don't know I just find it hard to believe that the characters were well set up personality wise, like their conviction for example. Kato has such trouble killing living things and he is made out to be so caring but he sure doesn't seem to be bothered by mortally wounding living things, crushing things to death, beating the living hell out of people, etc. This is just an example of how I think they tried to give the characters depth but ending up messing up because that isn't depth that is a lack of continuity. And man did they not give a shit about continuity. For example in the 18th episode I think there was a sniper guy who walked with them to the temple, then we see a shot of him camping on a roof, then he is on the ground with them getting thrown around, then back on the roof again to become relevant. Like I don't know if they went with different scenes, or cut out scenes or what but that is just terrible attention to continuity and it is the little things like that that piss me off besides all the whining in the anime. My god if the characters aren't bickering with one another, or being completely useless they are whining! boo hoo she doesn't like you stop flashing back and complaining about it constantly so we can get past this god damn love triangle and get on with the fucking plot!
(The) Genius Prince's Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt (TV) Very good
Ghost Stories (TV) Very good really funny
God Eater (TV) Weak
(The) God of High School (TV) Decent
Golden Boy (OAV) Excellent This show was so good I hate that it is so short. The only problem with it was the annoying voice kintaro has in the dub and some of kintaro's stupidity.
Grappler Baki Maximum Tournament (TV) Bad
Grimgar, Ashes and Illusions (TV) So-so
Guilty Crown (TV) Decent It was a pretty anime. The art and music was beautiful. That is about all the show had going for it. The writing was absolutely terrible, the sad attempts at explanations in the show make the amount of teasers the gave just aggravating. There is a fine line between thrilling suspense and annoying suspense. Thrilling suspense hooks views and makes them keep coming back for more and is one of the most powerful tools in a writers arsenal. Annoying suspense is the desensitization of the viewer, the viewer is no longer enticed or curious about the mystery. Now i would argue this series crossed the line into annoying suspense by waiting to give any sort of explanation to their numerous loose ends. It got to a point where there was only three episodes left in the series and I couldn't tell you any characters objective, why the wanted to achieve that object, how they planned to accomplish their object, or just where the story was going in general. Honestly if you are going to throw the viewers a bone then leave some meat on there, not everything can be left to speculation because then you have literally been saying nothing with your story other than here is the world/ setting and that is it. And don't get me started on the religious symbolism, I get it there are things that have worked well for other stories. That does not mean you can try and take the best from a lot of different things compact them together and make it work that easily. Guilty Crown tried and honestly I felt like it fell on its face.
Gunbuster (OAV) Not really good watch gunbuster before diebuster
Gurren Lagann (TV) Excellent one of the few anime that gave me goosebumps with its sheer epicness
Haganai (TV) Good This show has two things going for it: it can be pretty funny and there are gratuitous amounts of good, uncensored fanservice. When neither of those two things were happening I just felt pity for the characters but I couldn't bring myself to like any of them or remember their names for that matter. The opening was definitely different but I didn't much care for it and the ending wasn't much better. I was going to rate this show very good but after thinking about how often the very good parts are there I couldn't justify it. Still I would recommend it to others if they wanted to see an ecchi or were lolicons or didn't mind running gags that got old fast but they kept beating the dead horse or didn't mind a main character that was a total bitch with no redeeming qualities, and a incredibly boring male main character
Haganai NEXT (TV) Very good It is hard to rate this because my opinion of the characters was set in the first season but once we learn more about the main character he becomes a brilliant character, changing every opinion I had on each relationship in the show but one good character does not make the entire show.
Haikyu!! (TV) Very good Great characters, character development, music, absolutely love the animation and the story is decent. The only thing I didn't like was the pacing of the show but at least a second season will come out
Haikyu!! (TV 3) Very good
Haikyu!! Second Season (TV 2) Very good
Haikyu!! To The Top (TV 4) Very good
Haikyu!! To The Top (TV 5) Excellent
Hajime no Ippo (TV) Not really good the animation was awful, the motivation for the main character was non existent but I got through it eventually. I didn't like how people looked in the anime either. They weren't super bad like I thought initially but it was still ugly
Hajime no Ippo Rising (TV) Not really good Again most of the show is about characters other than ippo and honestly I couldn't care less about them. I don't care about the coaches past but the show decided that it was a good idea to end on a coach's past arch. We got more development of ippo's challengers than ippo himself and maybe that is why ippo is still not challenging the world yet because they wanted to set up this whole thing about ippo being molded by the coach where as takamura was a natural that would of made it with direction or without. Still 25 episodes for that set up is totally fucking ridiculous.
Hajime no Ippo: New Challenger (TV) Good It was about everyone but the main character pretty much but it was one third as long as the first season so it wasn't has hard to get through. I guess I need to wait seven years to see the next season...
Hanamonogatari (TV) Good
Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World (TV) Weak
Heaven's Memo Pad (TV) Good It got better as the show went on but the entire show was very forgettable. I am already starting to forget the main character's name and it has only been a couple of hours since I watched the last episode. I am not sure if this was done on purpose but I remember most of the other character's names but none of them stood out that much besides alice the little detective. Not a bad show though
Hellsing (TV) Good its wasn't bad but I think I fell asleep watching it once or twice. I feel that if they had gone more in depth with alucard like how or why someone so powerful is just a weapon of some rich family or why alucard has these awesome powers but needs permission to use them or why he doesn't care about getting hurt just because he can't die doesn't mean he can't feel pain which makes me feel like he is demented or just trying to feel something not scary.
Hellsing Ultimate (OAV) Bad So many god damn monologues. I swear if there were multiple writers they were jerking each other off as they whisper "more eyes". I swear the eye animation was so stupid looking I couldn't stop focusing on it and it kept shifting looks and then when alucard got all tough he just surrounds himself with eyes for some god damn reason. Like what is that supposed to be spooky? And my god what fucking awful antagonists. "We are evil vampire nazis who use FUCKING ZEPPLINS AND SPEND OUR ENTIRE TIME EITHER DYING, GLOATING, OR JERKING OFF AS WE MAKE ANOTHER ANALOGY FOR WAR" In all seriousness this show was shooting for Epic or Intense and got Silly or sometimes full retard. And you should never go full retard. fucking zepplins what a fucking joke.
(The ")Hentai" Prince and the Stony Cat. (TV) Good It was one of those anime that just got progressively worse but you keep watching it (albeit grudgingly) just because it showed so much promise in the first few episodes.
(The) Heroic Legend of Arslan (TV) Very good
High School DxD (TV) Very good I love the guy that made this and I can't wait for a second season. make gif from this
High School DxD New (TV) Good This anime cares more about character development than plot progression and when they start to get something accomplished then the plot just becomes more convoluted and you realize that they were just shitting around for ten episodes then spend the last two trying to make up for it in big fight scenes just like the first season. A very poor way to go about it in my opinion. And they love to explain things with this would be convenient so it is fact because I said so and it is just like do you smell the bullshit coming out of your mouth right now? Because the audience sure can. At least most of the characters are likeable, the plot is good for an ecchi and man is this show a good ecchi.
Hikaru no Go (TV) Decent
Hinamatsuri (TV) Excellent made me laugh and cry and feel man
Hinomaru Sumo (TV) Decent

How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord (TV) Good
Hunter X Hunter (TV 1999) Good Okay so again I have rated a good anime harshly but the "goal" or premise or whatever was this 12 year old that wanted to find his father. of course he is twelve so like how is he going to find his dad unless he becomes a hunter who has access to a lot of money, info, and eventually power. I mean sure he gets stronger than most people in only 4 months of training but what really got to me was that he never even starts looking for his father. half the time is spent on him becoming a hunter. then they just kept getting more and more sidetracked until it was all about another character who only kills one of the 13 guys he is after. they didn't really accomplish much in 62 episodes i guess and that is why it is rated so low
HYOUKA (TV) So-so It was pretty boring, I actually fell asleep watching it.
I Don't Like You At All, Big Brother!! (TV) Very good The only reason I didn't rate it higher was because there was no plot but that didn't stop it from being really enjoyable like what really made it great was this one episode that played hadaway what is love for the opening theme and lady gaga bad romance for the ending theme and it was just so well placed even though it shouldn't of been there I just had to rate this well although they would not bother censoring a lot of stuff but then a lot of the time they would so it was kinda annoying how they did that
I'm Quitting Heroing (TV) Very good Replace heroing for depression
I'm Standing on 1,000,000 Lives (TV 2) Very good
I'm Standing on 1,000,000 Lives. (TV) Good
Ichigo 100% (TV) Decent plain, average, forgettable. It was hard to get through it all because I just got so bored with it. I think this anime might have just ruined the harem genre for me... plus the main character manaka is just a jackass to his harem. actually I wouldn't even call this garbage harem. this is a story about a plain boy that is a jackass who goes out with the hottest girl in school and treats her like shit by ignoring her the entire series while in the mean time this desperate chick tries to get his attention and the quiet smart girl keeps dreaming only to be hurt by him throughout the entire series. there were two other girls but literally they had one episode each where their feelings were hinted at but nothing else in the end manaka the main character only told two girls he liked them and was kissed on the cheek once. thats it
ID: INVADED (TV) Very good
Iketeru Futari (TV) Very good it is a super ecchi
(The) irregular at magic high school (TV) Very good
(The) Irregular at Magic High School: Visitor Arc (TV) Decent
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? (TV) Excellent
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? (TV 2) Not really good
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? III (TV) Very good
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? IV (TV 4) Weak
Is This a Zombie? (TV) Not really good It had some ecchi in it but if I had to describe it in one word: "GAY". the only way this anime could of been more gay is if the main character was butt fucked by another dude
Jormungand (TV) Decent I really wouldn't recommend this to anyone else mainly because it was much more boring than I expected it to be.
Jormungand Perfect Order (TV) so jormungand and jormungand perfect order thought it would be a good idea to go through each of of koko the arms dealer's body guards and give their background. This ended up being a good way to lose my interest and lose it fast. They were not bad anime but they were not that great either. Definitely something to pass over.
Jujutsu Kaisen (TV) Masterpiece
Jujutsu Kaisen (TV 2) Good
K-ON! (TV) Good It was a really cute anime with great music and that is pretty much the only things going for it. I got more entertainment out of the opening and ending theme than from the episodes themselves
Kaguya-sama: Love is War (TV) Good
Kaguya-sama: Love is War Season 2 (TV) Very good
Kämpfer (TV) Not really good the plot sucked, if I could go back in time and stop myself from ever watching certain anime this would be on the list I tell myself to not watch
Kanokon: The Girl Who Cried Fox (TV) Good it had a good story, good characters, and good ecchi but it really wasn't that memorable
Kanon (TV 2/2006) Very good I really don't like anime like kanon. there are a several main characters and they are usually girls and the entire anime is split up into like parts and each character has their own part. Kanon, yosuga no sora, mashiro iro symphony, etc they are like this and for some reason I have the hardest time sitting through this kind of anime it is just so dull to me. This anime's redeeming factor was the main character yuuichi. He was funny, witty, sarcastic, kind, generous, and is the reason I rated this anime so high
Katanagatari (TV) Very good Great music, interesting animation, decent story, meh characters. What really made this show was not shocking turn of events but the journey it took us on. We knew the destination but it was the things along the way that really made this show enjoyable
Kengan Ashura (ONA) Decent
Kengan Ashura (ONA 2) So-so
KenIchi the Mightiest Disciple (TV) Good a bad romance, ecchi harem but if you aren't expecting it then it is not bad. I felt so unfulfilled like they dawdled at the beginning and then spent the rest of the time catching up and couldn't at the end. It covers almost everything except for the background of the masters and what happens to kenichi and miu which got under my skin. it just seems unfinished... the main character nijima was really annoying too but if I had to describe the series. Cheesy, cool, lame, epic at the wrong times, funny, annoying. all in all a good anime but by no means a very good
Kids on the Slope (TV) Good Average in literally every regard
Kill la Kill (TV) Very good I liked about half of the characters, the show was funny, the opening and endings were amazing, the music was amazing, and the story was ridiculous but interesting. I feel like as a parody though it was unable to over come shows it was parodying such as gurren lagaan but I feel the show has something for most people so I would recommend it.
Kingdom (TV) Not really good
Kiss×sis (TV) Good one of the best ecchi content wise, not much of a story and not a lot of ecchi but the stuff that was in it was top notch
Kiznaiver (TV) Weak
Kono Oto Tomare!: Sounds of Life (TV 1) Good
KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this wonderful world!! (TV) Not really good
Kuroko's Basketball (TV) Not really good No character development and very unrealistic abilities does not help the already poor premise of the show. I really doubt I will bother watching the second season of this.
Kuroko's Basketball (TV 2) Good I felt like it was better than the first but I probably rated this show too high. I mean the characters had a little development but the whole, oh you are doing this well it doesn't matter because... push up glasses... THIS dun dun duh! Just doing that over and over again and the fact that this season didn't even finish the winter cup and they brought in this character alex from america (why one would go all the way to japan just to watch a basketball game is beyond me) made me feel like they were just stalling so they could have more games that last at least five episodes.
Kuroko's Basketball (TV 3) Very good
Land of the Lustrous (TV) Good
(The) Legend of the Galactic Heroes (OAV) Not really good It took me over three years, 3 tries, and a lot of weed to make it through this show. Character motivations were non-existent or stupid. The animation was acceptable given how old this show is, but the pacing, music, etc were pretty bad. Like reuental rebelling and dying just seemed so unnecessary and drawn out. Soooo many characters died and I couldn't have given less of a shit. Why was poplan given so much screen time and sitting in on all of julian's war room meetings? Why did the emperor enable reinhard's rise in the first place? Why the fuck did you turn the terraists from conniving masterminds pulling the strings of the universe behind the scenes to just suicide bombers? Why did they always wear self identifying ribbons so everyone knew they were behind something and paint a target on their backs that caused them to be wiped out in the end? Why the fuck do these people that command millions of soldiers have such shit security? Why did everyone know who they were fighting? Oh this guy has amazing tactics I bet that is yang wenli. Oh I've never met the kaiser, but I know all of his personality traits because otherwise I'm throwing away countless lives just to prove I'm as good at commanding as yang. Why did the remnants of democracy give command of all remaining military to a 18 year old with no leadership experience? Why was karin stalking julian when the only thing she knew about him was his name and rank? Why did everyone start hating oberstein when reinhard became kaiser, but not before that? Why did lang go through all that trouble to fuck over reuental literally to death just because he was told to leave a room once because he shouldn't have been there to begin with? Why was mittermeyer faster than everyone if they are all literally using the same tech throughout the entire show? Because the writing was bad.
Log Horizon (TV) Masterpiece The characters, the schemes, the fight scenes, the music, even the politics were amazing and interesting and I can't wait for the second season
Log Horizon (TV 2) Not really good
Made in Abyss (TV) Very good
Magi: The Kingdom of Magic (TV) Excellent I feel like it was a head and shoulders above the last season even though the end was kind of the same schtick just waaaay more over the top. Still, really really good though
Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic (TV) Very good It would have been a masterpiece if only it had a better story. Like it was a really good anime but they kept adding to the story and eventually they just started getting lazy and stopped even trying to explain why they were doing this or why that person could do that. It almost seemed like they had a plan and knew where they wanted the story to go but had to make some quick changes and create an ending that ended up being crappy but if another season comes out I'm sure that could be masterpiece material.
(The) Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess (TV) Good
Maid Sama! (TV) Excellent I probably over rated this A LOT but it was a strangely nice anime. In reality I have been much harder on better anime like guren lagan or code geass but whatever
Maken-Ki! Battling Venus (TV) Not really good I did not much care for it over all like most short anime series but the reason I bothered with it was becuase the first half had so much promise! Story wise and ecchi wise but it just kept adding to the story without tying anything up in the worst possible ending that just left me completely pissed and I felt cheated and that I had wasted my time at first.
MAOYU (TV) Decent
MARS RED (TV) Weak
Mashiroiro Symphony - The color of lovers (TV) Weak not a bad set up at the beginning but I felt as if they were constantly changing their minds as to where they wanted to go with the story because they would spend a few episodes focusing just on one character then all of a sudden never bother with them again which left me confused and unsatisfied
Mashle: Magic and Muscles (TV) Decent
Mayo Chiki! (TV) Very good a really good anime. All the characters were enjoyable. I wish it were longer but it was good while it lasted. A really good ecchi even though every girl was either freakishly strong or crazy. I kinda wish that konoe would of kept being a normal girl instead of going back to be a butler but at least jirou looked cool for once
Megalobox (TV) Decent
(The) Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (TV) Good There really isn't much to say about this anime. It didn't make me feel much except maybe less bored but not by much
(The) Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (TV 2009 renewal) I watched the endless eight. and it was terrible
Mieruko-chan (TV) Very good
(The) Misfit of Demon King Academy (TV) Not really good It's like one punch man where everyone is usless to show how op the mc is, but where one punch man realized that gets boring fast because it is impossible to have tension so there is no investment by the audience proxied by saitama so one punch man has humor and amazing character writing, animation, and never giving saitama what he wants misfit decided throw out the writing and animation people just wanna see the mc toy with people for 13 episodes with flashy animations a middle schooler could have done people just care about the power trip with characters so bland and 1 dimensional you can self insert easily. Demon king of tyrranny my ass mr I'm liked by everyone and i'm nice now so anyone that doesn't like me is a bastard that just holds a grudge.
MM! (TV) Good it was really funny but the story didn't go anywhere and it probably won't be memorable except for the fact that the main character was a masochist.
Mob Psycho 100 (TV) Good
Mob Psycho 100 II (TV) Very good
Mob Psycho 100 III (TV) Very good
Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (TV) Good
Mobile Suit Gundam Seed (TV) Not really good for some reason this one and MSG Wing just had the corniest and most awkward word choices that made them both hard to watch but at least I finished this one. I guess I liked the ending and that they killed off all of the annoying people but they constantly reused the same scenes over and over which was really annoying and made me wish they would not fight sometimes because I had already seen it 5 times

My Little Monster (TV) Bad This anime has been so hard to watch because the main male character haru is the worst boyfriend I have ever heard about/ seen. He is possessive, controlling, abusive, neglectful, his mood changes at the drop of a hat, and gets so fucking violent he might just end up killing someone later in life. I know they were trying to portray a guy that was super intelligent with no social skills but endearing at the same time but never have I seen two people in a relationship that shouldn't be with anyone because the main female character shizuku is basically a indecisive robot that leads the main character on throughout the entire series. Forget the okay music and animation this story is so unbearable to watch I wouldn't want anyone to have to sit through this shit.
My mental choices are completely interfering with my school romantic comedy (TV) Very good Genuinely funny, and I actually got into it, which made some parts really make me cringe but I enjoyed it a lot. I wish the ending was more satisfying though, even if it was like the rest of the show
My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU (TV) Excellent I probably rated it too high but I really enjoyed watching the anime, the story interesting but not cliche, funny but had serious moments too. It seemed realistic but goes against a lot of common anime scenes and scenarios that just made it feel like a breath of fresh air. The characters were really interesting and the music was decent as well.
My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Climax (TV 3) Very good
My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU TOO! (TV) Decent
Naruto (TV) Very good cheesy and stupid but soooo good at times that made it worth watching
Naruto Shippūden (TV) Very good this season eclipses the first season in every way. it is also longer than the first season. I feel like I am growing up with the naruto characters even now and I am a teenager now
Negima! (TV) Decent normally something like this anime would be just completely annoying but it has a sort of charm that made it rather enjoyable to watch plus really really good music. The amount of characters was just ridiculous but some really made an impression and were incredibly likable.
Neon Genesis Evangelion (TV) Everything is good and normal then things just take a turn and then it all ends up in madness. Neon Genesis Evangelion and all of the movies I simply can not rate. They should definitely be watched though.
NieR:Automata Ver 1.1a (TV) Very good
Nisekoi - False Love (TV) Awful
Nisemonogatari (TV) Very good I feel as though bakemonogatari left things at a good place and that nisemonogatari was just an unnecessary add on. That being said I love learning more back stories and getting to know characters better not to mention the good ecchi made this very entertaining.
No Game, No Life (TV) Excellent great characters, great concept, great world building, good music, good art. I can't wait for more!
Nodame Cantabile (TV) Decent pretty good, great music and animation. People look a lot better than I thought. it was kinda like a harem with not a great story but there was a clear story with no gaps
Nodame Cantabile: Finale (TV) Weak even less plot than the sequel which had less plot than the first. It tied everything together horribly and left things almost as they began in the first season but chiaki may be will nodame and chiaki is not afraid to travel but still isn't a full fledged conductor and he never plays a concerto with nodame or plays the violin again with her
Nodame Cantabile: Paris (TV) So-so great music like the first season but it was incredibly short and did not really leave a impact or develop the story that much
Noragami (TV) Very good
Noragami Aragoto (TV) Good
Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan (TV) Not really good nura is much more of a badass in this one compared to the sequel but this series is sooo boring! it was not worth it at all to see it as it came out i should of waited like I did with the sequel
Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan: Demon Capital (TV) Decent rikuo wasn't a bad ass like the first season but the enemies were way more epic, you learn a lot more of the background story which was great and there is a lot more development
One Outs (TV) Bad animation was adequate but the music was grating on the ears, the characters sucked ,and plot was absurdly bad so it was hard to even finish this show. Honestly the characters are so dimensional you can sum them up in one word either they are a bastard or a dumbass. There is no believable reason WHY anyone acts like a bastard or a dumbass the characters just act this way because otherwise there would be no plot.
One Piece (TV 1999) Masterpiece I can't tell filler from the story line
One Punch Man (TV) Masterpiece
One Punch Man (TV 2) Weak
Oreshura (TV) Decent It was so lame it got hard to watch at times but then eita would do something to redeem the show only for there to be more goofyness. Then one of the girls would do something interesting at the end of an episode only to revert back to static characters later.
Overlord (TV) Very good
Overlord II (TV) Good
Overlord III (TV) Very good
Overlord IV (TV) Decent
Owarimonogatari (TV) Very good
Owarimonogatari (specials) Excellent
Pandora Hearts (TV) Weak this was just trash. They spent 25 episodes saying "what happened at the tragedy of sabrie 100 years ago" then they would just keep adding mysteries thinking it would add suspense or something I guess but they never took the time to even answer ANY OF THEM. so fucking annoying. I didn't rate this the lowest because it had good music even though it had an annoying fucking tsundere main character (of course)
Parasyte -the maxim- (TV) Excellent Would have been a masterpiece if the show wasn't pushing such a goddamn obvious agenda so shamelessly and trying to pass off fucking activist opinion as some kinda profound revelation
Persona 4: The Animation (TV) Good I understand what the persona part means but I don't understand where the four comes from unless it is the number of deaths in the show because there are 3 so far. All in all I really liked the show it had a great message, cool fight scenes, good music, decent animation, and was funny the only problems I had with it was that the shading for everyone's face was really weird and that distracted me throughout the show and not a lot of information was given on the various persona powers or why only yu (the main character) had multiple persona's for every bond he made when others had many bonds as well. Also the velvet room was never explained.
Phi-Brain - Puzzle of God (TV) Awful I have never finished a show that had so much that I disliked about it. Every character was annoying. The concept of the show was annoying. The main character's catch phrase was annoying. Every character's motivation was so weak it was practically an after thought of the writers. The writers were either lazy or stupid because they didn't even understand intelligence. People need emotions in order to make decisions properly. So to say this magical bracelet makes you smarter by making you think faster by eventually making you block out emotions and unnecessary information is retarded. Information from your surroundings should be taken into account not ignored and if there is a limit to the processing ability of the brain then how come kaito and rook were able to do it practically every episode? Why was it necessary for every to shout kaito's name over and over and over again? Because that is all they were in the show for they didn't really do anything else besides get in the way and bitch. Why was it necessary to make kaito pass out every episode? like seriously? This show sucked how is it going on to a third season?
Ping Pong (TV) Good
Pokémon Origins (special) Good
(The) Prince of Tennis (TV) So-so You know how you sometimes judge a book by its cover but you read it anyways and you realize that your impression was spot on? well that is prince of tennis for me. It was an anime about sports so I didn't think it would be that good and I was right
(The) Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup (TV) Bad
(The) Promised Neverland (TV) Good
(The) Promised Neverland (TV 2) Good
Psycho-Pass (TV) Good
Puella Magi Madoka Magica (TV) Excellent great music, concept, and animation. At first I didn't like how the characters personalities kinda flip flopped but it was explained later. The ending was cool and all but it didn't really compare to the rest of the anime. Still the twists in the story were phenomenal. This is definitely an anime that shouldn't be looked over.
Rage of Bahamut: Genesis (TV) Good Strangely great music, decent characters, good animation, mediocre story, anti climatic ending given all the build up
Ranking of Kings (TV) Excellent
Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai (TV) Very good

Run with the Wind (TV) Good
Rurouni Kenshin (TV 1996) Good Historical stuff or really just stories set in an older time don't usually appeal to my tastes but rurouni kenshin is definitely an exception.
S.A (TV) Decent its like a crappy version of kaichou wa maid sama. It just failed as a romance but kei the male main character was pretty likeable and the animation was better then I thought it would be but still not that great. the female main character was just unbearable annoying at times but had some redeeming moments. the term quantity over quality comes to mind since it deals with like 3-4 couples in just 24 episodes
Sabikui Bisco (TV) Good

Say "I love you." (TV) Worst ever I think this is the worst anime I have ever seen... I didn't like the characters, even the music and hairstyles got under my skin eventually. The animation was meh. The story was absolute shit. it was hard to get through. I don't know why I even finished it after trying to finish it for months

Shuffle! (TV) Very good It was good while I was watching it, I expected it to be a completely different anime than what it was but since I watched it all the way through it must of been good, too bad it wasn't memorable at all. I just remember that it was like a super harem with every kind of girl and there were demons and gods and crazy people and lolita and tsunderes that had green hair and were sickly and the one he picks in the end was a surprise
Sk8 the Infinity (TV) So-so
Skeleton Knight in Another World (TV) Good Knock off overlord with no character development and barely any world building. You come for the elf titties and edge
Skip Beat! (TV) Masterpiece
So I Can't Play H (TV) Not really good The story was bad and the ecchi was worse because showing boobs and nipples so nonchalantly isn't erotic at all. This will probably be really forgetable
So I'm a Spider, So What? (TV) Excellent
Solo Leveling (TV) Very good
Sonny Boy (TV) Very good
Soul Eater (TV) Very good The villains were pretty lame but the animation and music for this show really made it stand out from all the other anime with similar plots. Even the fight scenes were pretty good
Sound! Euphonium (TV) Good
Spy×Family (TV 2) Good
Star Driver (TV) Decent The animation was good and there was a lot of music which was nice. The worst part of it was the mechs though. Everything was more interesting than the actual fighting because then things get kinda stupid. Unrequited love was perhaps the biggest theme here which sucked ass and so there was only one character I didn't like which was wako.
Steins;Gate (TV) Weak I'm sure others have found this anime entertaining I however did not. In fact it was boring
Sword Art Online (TV) Good It had its good moments but it was so rushed that I couldn't possibly rate this any higher. Kirito is over powered as hell which is fine that was kind of cool but there was plot hole after incredibly short side story that felt like it was being skimmed over after cliche, etc etc
takt op. Destiny (TV) Good
(The) Tatami Galaxy (TV) Good Dude only thinks about himself and blames others for his misfortune no wonder he learned his lessons so slowly. It is painful to watch because we too are still learning.
Tenjho Tenge (TV) Good Half the fucking anime was flashbacks about a dead guy but the best parts of the anime involved the main character getting serious because he got soooo intense! The anime had a lot more unrequited love and ecchi than I expected. I mean it was just fanservice here and fanservice there and I didn't think it would be like that but it gradually got worse and worse.

Towanoquon (movie series) So-so It was more like a ova series with like only 240 minutes between all six "movies" together. The characters were REALLY static and just had no depth. Plus they all got on my nerves. The music was okay. Animation was average. Really the only thing this show had going for it with its shit story was the fight scenes. I wouldn't recommend this to ANYONE
Tower of God (TV) Excellent music was phenomenal, imagery/setting and animation were great, story was completely gripping where I always couldn't wait to watch more as soon as I could. Most of the characters were entertaining, but not well written especially the bland main character who was just this shell of a person that was clinging to Rachel besides having great friends and awesome powers. Fucking hate that bitch rachel so much though I had to drop the rating to excellent because of the bad taste in my mouth the last episode left.
Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs (TV) Good
Trigun (TV) Decent Almost every character got on my nerves. The show was episodic and I really don't like that usually but the silliness just made it worse. The main character for example had two settings, bitching and goofy. When he is bitching he is either saying for the hundredth time what his morals are (yeah we get it you are the good guy and this is the one and only message of the show so they thought it was necessary to say it again at every opportunity in case the audience forgot), or crying. Like I would of loved this anime if the main character vash was broken, where he gives up on his morals, succumbing to the easier path and just getting pissed off and just going on a rampage on whoever pissed him off but instead he shoots their hand or leg and then WOW EVERYTHING IS SOLVED! i mean of course the ending with his bat shit brother is resolved because he won the fight i guess that means everything will be okay now... seriously this show was hard to get through I only kept going in the hopes that vash would be broken.
Trinity Seven (TV) Good
Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- (TV) Decent
Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy- (TV 2) Good
Tsukimonogatari (TV) Very good
Undead Unluck (TV) Good
Ushio & Tora (TV) Weak The only thing good about this show was the music. Writing was terrible, especially when it came to characters. Animation had inconsistent quality except for how consistently terrible noses looked. Fight choreography was ridiculously repetitive between episodes and had bad direction. Also the show just had to rip the clothes of a girl every time the episode focused on them for any length of time. It just came off as misogynistic rather than it being fan service.
Vampire Knight (TV) Good Good animation, story, music, and personalities. However it was really short so I am glad there is another season but I am doubting it will be enough. Also it was one of those instead of answering questions it just gives you ten more questions. there characters aren't memorable but I was always eager to watch the next episode
Vampire Knight Guilty (TV) So-so i wouldn't know how to describe this anime because it did not entertain me in any way at all. It wasn't bad or anything i was just bored with it
Venus to Mamoru (TV) Decent one of the funnier anime I have seen surprisingly. Also it was supposed to be an ecchi but they didn't bother trying and instead they tried to have this completely lame action drama thing that was just comedic. If it was a parody of other shows this lame then I might of enjoyed watching it more but they actually took it seriously and so they fell on their face. But I also really relate to some of the characters which is always cool
Vinland Saga (TV) Very good
Vinland Saga (TV 2) Masterpiece
Vivy -Fluorite Eye's Song- (TV) Good Interesting concept, idol AI turned soldier then museum piece then humanity's only hope. Purpose is what we make it. Execution was meh though for music, writing especially characters, and animation. Animation did have its moments though. Also singing a song overrides all other AI because vivy is the most evolved AI so its her choice to shut them all down not theirs doesn't make a lot of sense coming from the archove who figured out time travel 100 years before humanity did in order to figure out exactly how humanity would use it throughout history so the archive's plans couldn't be foiled and the archive itself remain unchanged by that influence. You would think it would have figured out vivy's answer to then and could have just done it itself 100 years ago instead of waiting for vivy to sing a song on a arbitrary destroyed and empty theater that only had significance to vivy.
Wonder Egg Priority (TV) Good
(The) World God Only Knows (TV) Good
(The) World God Only Knows Season Two (TV) Very good much better than the first. The actual conquest of the girls is getting pretty formulaic but the episodes in between conquests really develop katsuragi the main character which makes the show good in my opinion
(The) World God Only Knows: Goddesses Arc (TV) Good Music was fantastic, art was good and once again I love the keima development. Maybe that is why I was so unsatisfied with the ending. I mean they just set up a world made a premise for why the main character had to put up with all of this shit and then just leave these loose ends unaddressed. The story just really went to shit by the end of it all and I only kept watching because I really cared about the main character but honestly when a show starts leaving in plot holes just to add more drama there is some serious issues and I kinda wish I hadn't watched the first two seasons now just so I wouldn't have watched the third
(The) World Is Still Beautiful (TV) Excellent
(The) World's Finest Assassin (TV) Good
Ya Boy Kongming! (TV) Excellent
Yosuga no Sora - In solitude where we are least alone (TV) Not really good It was so fucking hard to get through this anime. Speaking of fucking the main character pretty much fucks a girl at least once every 3 episodes or something. It is like mandatory or some shit
Your Lie in April (TV) Masterpiece
Yowamushi Pedal (TV) Decent -One dimensional characters -unbelievable growth/talent of main character. Onoda is told about dancing on a bike during a race then immediately can do it to win the race. He just gets a road racer bike and can immediately ride it, while other characters struggle with this. -Vague and lazy description of cycling styles and why one person is faster than another person. This makes it easier to create fake tension because the show makes it impossible to compare two cyclists -poorly written motivation for most characters including the main character -re-used drama. during the inter high race he gets in last then has to get back to first with the rest of his team lapping everyone else in the race in the process which is just ridiculous. Then the very next day he does it again but this time dragging along tadokoro who can't ride by himself yet magically can if he has less wind and some moral from a team mate in onoda even though the issue was heat stroke and over exertion from yesterday which things things shouldn't impact. -Blends cg and hand drawn animation some what well. In a few years this will look like total trash but compared to other CG going on right now like berserk 2017 it looks good by comparison. -alright music but not memorable -pacing is horrible as the first season just ends in the middle of the inter high race only for the second season to pick up 4 months later but they could have spent more time showing character growth than rushing straight into the inter high race and ending the season at a terrible stopping point -writing wasn't too terrible when you are watching it expecting it to earn its shonen genre description which gave me exactly what I was in the mood for watching
Yowamushi Pedal Grande Road (TV 2) Not really good
Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files (TV) Very good one of the few things worth rewatching like rurouni kenshin because I grew up on this and dbz and it was on during the golden years of toonami
Yuruyuri - Happy Go Lily (TV) Decent I would of never watched it by myself but I did a marathon of it with some friends which made it more enjoyable to watch however it won't be a memorable anime by anime means except maybe the fact that the "main character" is made into a joke because she keeps getting less and less screen time
Yuruyuri - Happy Go Lily (TV2) So-so I only enjoyed one part of this anime and that was learning more about the older siblings
Zatch Bell (TV) Decent the childishness was endearing at first but became stupid and hard to watch eventually
