Far too fluffy. Was kinda cute at times but I felt my brain hurt after a while because of all the googly-eyed happiness. Don't know why I persisted with it. |

Unlike its second season, the first season was great! Good mixture of humour and violence and all that jazz. Maybe a few too many yaoi references though, stop it! You're implying things and driving the yaoi fans crazy! Haha. Not my cup of tea though, but nevertheless very good. |

I was really disappointed with the second season. Alois Clancy ruined it for me, he was a psycho. And Claude cannot compare to Sebastian, like at all. A lot of bizarre things happened and they just weren't cool at all. Thumbs down. |

I'm impressed that they managed to change the plot a fair bit and it still made sense! How long it must have taken for them to figure out all that mind boggling stuff. A really good adaptation, was interesting to see how they would portray Death Note with real people. |

My expectations were met! This was great and really intense, especially during the last moments when 18943289472893 things happened at once and I was really confused and horrified and in awe all at once! Haha. Definitely recommended even if you haven't seen the TV show. |

One of the first animes I ever watched and I found it brilliant! I'm a fan of horror so the supernatural and the psychological aspects of this was great. Really creepy at times, which is good, I've become a bit de-sensitized to horror so I don't get scared that easily. And the humour throughout was refreshing and a nice break from all the intense stuff. Wish there was more of it though, it ended quite abruptly. |

The first few episodes drew me in quite a bit, but it lost me as it went further along. The last few episodes were quite good though, it's where a lot of the action takes place and also where it actually explains what's going on and you can actually make sense of the story. But yes, not completely engaging. |

Found it alright, but I happened to watch this before I had completely read the manga. The manga changed my entire perspective on this, and anything else vampire related, haha. But I think this is before Yuuki turns into a vampire, so I didn't mind it. Too much staring into the distance and saying other's names wistfully. *cringe* |

Probably worse than the first season. It's where Yuuki turns into a vampire and remembers her past and that Kaname is her brother, but also her lover. Therefore I dislike it. Thumbs up for Zero though, he's a cool but brooding character. |
