Lupin III: Crisis in Tokyo (special) Decent (dub & sub)
Lupin III: Dead or Alive (movie) Excellent
Lupin III: Dragon of Doom (special) Not really good
Lupin III: Elusiveness of the Fog (special) Awful
Lupin III: Episode 0 'First Contact' (special) Excellent This is probably the quintessential Lupin adventure, the jewel in the crown of Lupin's grand age of specials (One Dollar Money Wars, Alcatraz Connection, and this) and embodiment of Lupindom. Not only does it provide the story of how the Lupin gang met, but it's also an exciting, funny romp through New York City, Lupin style.
Lupin III: Farewell to Nostradamus (movie) Not really good (dub), So-so (sub)
Lupin III: Island of Assassins (special) Good
Lupin III: Missed by a Dollar (special) Very good (dub & sub)
Lupin III: Operation Return the Treasure (special) Decent
Lupin III: Part IV (TV 2015) Very good
Lupin III: Return of Pycal (OAV) Not really good
Lupin III: Secret Files (OAV) Decent
Lupin III: Seven Days Rhapsody (special) Decent
Lupin III: Strange Psycho-Kinetic Strategy (live-action movie) Decent Less of a cohesive movie and more of a string of skits involving Lupin, Jigen, Fujiko, and Zenigata tied together with a loose thread of a story. Still, for pure fun and hilarity, it's hard to beat. It's like watching a cross between Pink Panther movies and the old Batman TV series, with a tad of Get Smart thrown in for good measure.
Lupin III: Swallowtail Tattoo (special) Decent
Lupin III: Sweet Lost Night (special) Not really good
Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro (movie) Masterpiece (dub & sub) Highly overvalued as a Lupin movie, but a great example of Hayao Miyazaki's talent as a director of beautiful stories.
Lupin III: The Columbus Files (special) Worst ever (dub & sub) Possibly the worst animated anything ever forged. Truly a monument of failure, it's like they took all the elements that didn't work in past Lupin adventures and heaped them all into this horrible cliche-fest. If Monkey Punch ever watched this (and I doubt he has, since if he did, he'd immediatly die from a heart attack) he would hang his head in sorrow. How can Nabeshin do so wrong?
Lupin III: The Fuma Conspiracy (movie) Excellent
Lupin III: the Last Job (special) Worst ever
