Either these shows are too bad or too long to finish.

Will not finish Rating Comment
Baki the Grappler (TV) I saw the first two episodes with Comcast On Demand. I thought it was entertaining to watch some punk teenager who's trains every waking hour with fighting try to take on first one hundred guys then try to takeout the world heavyweight champion. It looks to be a very interesting show.
Bible Black (OAV) Worst ever I heard this thing had an interesting plot and it was used as a torture device in one of my favorite games: Liberal Crime Squad. Here's how it went down. So I start it up... human sacrifice.... oh everyone's naked. Scene ends. Ok that was wierd. Regular school scene, two minutes later a female teacher is saducing a female student when suddenly she turns out to be a hermaphrodite.... stop. Delete, delete, delete. Where's that shredder program? Yes, I only made it 4 minutes before screaming my head off and throwing the show into the abyss from whence it came. Don't watch this show!
Bleach (TV) Decent I was watching this series regularly on adult swim and following along in the manga. I kept with it even though it continued at a horribly slow pace, 30-40 characters were introduced unnecesarily and the plot dragged on and on. I missed a few weeks and I come back to see a filler episode where the main characters are in a haunted house. I watched for a minute, turned the TV off, then never went back.
Cardcaptor Sakura (TV) I went through a major CLAMP phase. While I still enjoy a lot of their work, I can't finish this. I probably would have enjoyed it if I was younger. I have no major complaints about it.
Chaos;HEAd (TV) This was supposedly related to Steins:Gate, but I didn't really see any resemblance and got bored of it after a few episodes.
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (TV) Not really good I've written an entire essay about why this show sucks. Suffice to say it is one of the worst pieces of crap I've ever had the misfortune of watching.
Darker than Black (TV) Good Well-made action show. Has some of the same vibes as Witch Hunter Robin. This show has music by Yoko Kanno which is always a plus. Well developed characters and a solid narrative that is both episodic but carries overall themes throughout the series.
Descendants of Darkness (TV) Decent This show is about dead people who fight vampires and things. It is a wierd show that I found on a whim when I was just randomly downloading anime that looked interesting. That's also how I found Ai Yori Aoshi... There are multiple dubs of this show, but about halfway through couldn't find any more episodes with the same cast, so I just ended up quitting.
Digimon Adventure (TV) Decent This is a kids show. I saw a few episodes here and there back in the day.
Eiken (OAV) Awful This series has two episodes, the series doen't follow the plot of the manga AT ALL; and turns it into some timid young teenage guy being thrust into awkward situations with girls every 3 seconds. I saw episode 1, I will not see episode 2.
El Cazador de la Bruja (TV) Not really good This is like if uneducated Japanese people who have never been to Mexico, made an anime about traveling in Mexico. Yeah, I'm not even sure if these people have even met someone from mexico, it was pretty bad. It followed the same formula of the other Bee-Train shows Noir and Madlax, but this is arguably the weakest of the three, for the above reasons. Boring expositions from unrelated characters that have paper thin motives, are spliced in with roadtrip show antics. I'd intended to quit after it "jumped the shark", but the show never had any moments that were so bad that they were unwatchable, just the low level 3/10 bad that made it painful to watch but not enough so to quit. Eventually Hulu stopped it's free service and we decided to call it there.
Final Fantasy: Unlimited (TV) I want to like this, because it has the name Final Fantasy stamped on it. But the three times I've tried to watch it, I haven't been able to get past the first episode. Just a weird show with bland protagonists.
Fist of the North Star (TV) I thoroughly enjoyed this show. It is very 80's and doesn't have a very sophisticated way of telling its stories, but it has a very deep story and lore. Like most Shonen shows, you gotta be aware if the show goes into the filler at a certain point, and we quickly identified where would be a good place to jump off. I skipped the last 1/3rd of the show, no point in seeing it.
Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu (TV) Good I've seen about 3/17 episodes of this, its basically FMP without the military element. This seems to have taken the comedy of having a military jarhead in a normal school to a new level. ^_^ Very entertaining.
Getbackers (TV) Good A solid anime series up until they run out of plot and are forced to stretch 1-2 episode's worth of plot over several episodes. A bit disappointing. After reading a bit further in the manga, I found out that the big reveal at the end is just something really stupid. Couldn't force myself to finish and have long since banished the plot from my brain. I still like the characters though.
GTO: Great Teacher Onizuka (TV) Good When I picked this up, I didn't know that the main voice actor was David Lucas/Steven Blum. This show is amazing, though sometimes a little dirty. I've seen about half of it and I really recommend it; english dub preferred! Note: Haven't watched any more after like 5 years. I still have the DVD's so there's a chance i'll finish, but I'm moving this over to will not finish for now.
Guilty Crown (TV) So-so I've learned my lesson about series composed by Hiroyuki Yoshino from Code Gaess and Macross Frontier. I'm not going to make that mistake a third time. That man doesn't have an original bone in his body.
.hack//Liminality (OAV) Years have gone by and I've still only seen half of these. I need to just bite the bullet and finish this out. They're not half bad.
Hellsing Ultimate (OAV) Very good I was devastated to learn that the latter half of this wasn't dubbed. I saw the first four episodes of this and as crazy and over the top as it was, this was one amazing action show. The characters are spunky and relatable, the battles are epic, and the plot is fast-paced. Crispin Freeman (Alucard) puts on a top performance. I will be happy when the rest of this is dubbed - but half the reason I'm watching is because of his performance. Excellent so far.
Hetalia - Axis Powers (TV)
High School of the Dead (TV) Not really good Excessive fanservice. Little plot. Quit after 5 episodes.
Hunter × Hunter (TV 2011) Decent This show was great until they entered this 50+ episode arc about hunting man-eating anthropomorphic ants. Will not finish.
Initial D (TV) This show is great, if you're a 14 year-old guy, or someone who is really obcessed with cars. I can't see watching too much of this.
Inuyasha (TV) So-so I can't even make myself watch this show, I've seen a couple episodes. For one, it just goes on and on; the english voice actors are horrible; and the plot is pretty generic and bland.
Jormungand (TV) I might have been able to enjoy this one when I was a teenager. But as an adult, just random senseless killing does nothing. It isn't cool. It isn't a story. I quit at the start of episode 4 when the antagonist kills an opera singer on stage because her voice was only "decent". I'll save myself ten hours and not finish this series.
Kasimasi - Girl Meets Girl (TV) Decent I started watching this thinking it had a Ranma-esque premise. Yes, Aliens turn this girly guy into a girl, but then from there on out, it became this Yuri love-triangle. And his/her dad turns all perverted on him as well. I wasn't expecting much, but I can't believe I'm watching a show like this. -_-
Kill la Kill (TV) Awful I gave this one the five episode test and had to reject it. While I thought their previous series Gurren Lagaan was ok; this was putrid. I honestly have not hated a show this much in a long time. "Fan service" bordered on pornographic, humor was juvenile and unfunny. Setting sucked. Characters sucked. First five episodes did a horrible job of introducing the series. While fans advertise the show as "over-the-top" I didn't see it that way; it just is sloppy ADD storytelling. I don't care how good the further episodes are, a show that can't draw you in within five episodes is not worth watching.
Kirby: Right Back At Ya! (TV) This show was fun, but not worth seeing all 100 episodes
(The) Legend of the Galactic Heroes (OAV) Good I didn't think I was going to like this. The first few episodes overwhelm you with a wall of names and characters that you think you need to be paying attention to. But this is merely a symptom of a show that's overly faithful to the original material (not necessarily a bad thing). This show turned out to be an excellent political and military drama. It has tactics, diplomacy, relationships, and war. I highly recommend it to anyone with a decent enough reading level to follow rapid-fire subtitles. Well worth the investment.
Loveless (TV) So-so Ok, I saw the first episode of this. The main character has the voice of Shugo from .hack//twilight (japanese). But when some random guy who looks to be in his 30's shows up out of nowhere and starts kissing the protagonist (a boy in his early teens); the show just became almost unwatchable... awkward. (I might give the show another chance, but it would have to be a dang good 2nd episode)
Macross Delta (TV)
(The) Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (TV 2009 renewal) Not really good Glad to see more episodes, but I don't understand why they decided to broadcast eight nearly-identical episodes. I'm not amused.
Naruto Shippūden (TV) Not really good While initially there was hope that advancing the plot several years would provide more mature characters and serious stories, Naruto still is full of filler. There are some really awesome moments, usually when they're telling canon plot from the manga, but these scenes are few an far between. The rest is filler or flashback after flashback. I wish they would have more concern for the quality of their product and not just maximizing their profits.
One Punch Man (TV)
Parasyte -the maxim- (TV) This was decent, but I kind of stalled out in the last third of the show.
Pokémon (TV) Decent Great to watch now and then for nostalgia's sake, but probably will never seriously revisit this series.
RahXephon (TV) This appeared to be an Evangelion clone and didn't seem to bring anything new to the typical teenager-piloting-mechs plot.
Ranma ½ (TV) Good Interesting show about a guy that turns into a girl when he comes in contact with cold water. This is from the creator of Inuyasha, so the show just rambles on with no point; but its hilarious to watch
Rozen Maiden: Träumend (TV) Good This is an interesting show. This kid doesn't go to school and somehow gets away with it. These dolls show up and start bossing him around. I think the target audience is elementary school age, but I still like it.
Samurai Pizza Cats (TV) Bad This used to be on really early in the morning. I hated it then, I hate it now. lol
(The) Seven Deadly Sins -Signs of Holy War- (TV) This is a direct sequel of the first series. It starts of reeeeeeealy slow. The new plot conflict isn't really compelling and I've kind of stalled watching this.
Shaman King (TV 2001) I saw one episode, it looked interesting, but not sure its worth following up on
Shigurui: Death Frenzy (TV) Bad Too trippy. Literally seemed to be told from the perspective of someone who was high on hallucinogenic drugs.
Those Who Hunt Elves (TV) I watched this one on a dare. We wanted to find the absolute most random anime possible, and for some reason we were able to find an episode of this. I might watch more.
Tiger & Bunny (TV) Decent Watching this as it comes out. In the last 40 years, some people have suddenly manifested superpowers. Tokyo is now experiencing a crimewave, and has created a reality TV show where sentai-like superheroes, sponsored by various corporations, compete to catch criminals and save citizens. This looks to be a farily light-hearted show so far. I never ended up finishing this.
Valkyria Chronicles (TV)
Vandread (TV) In a universe where men and women separated as species when they began colonizing the galaxy. Suddenly several male characters find themselves stranded on a strange ship along with a female pirate crew. While it has all the weirdness and jokes you would expect with this premise, what I watched was entertaining. Ultimately, I concluded it was sub-par and a complete waste of an awesome title.
Voltes V (TV) This was aparently popular in the Philippines. I don't really want to see the whole thing, just watched a few to see what it was all about. More of a kid's show than anything.
Warau Salesman (TV) This is an oldtime Japanese classic. These short episodes detail different people who encounter the laughing salesman and make the "deal with the devil" which they inevitably break. It's good if you only watch them here and there. I wouldn't binge watch it.
Yakitate!! Japan (TV) So-so This is an anime about baking bread. After a few attempts, I couldn't get going on this one. It just seems too silly.
Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files (TV) I love the dub of this and would like to pick it up again. However it does appear to fall into that monster-of-the-week format. I'm hoping I'm wrong, because the cast is pretty good.
Zatch Bell (TV) Decent Was watching this regularly on Cartoon Network until my work schedule began to interfere and I fell behind - this was a few years ago when it was harder to watch shows online. From what I remember, this was a pretty fun show. Though it tended toward a Pokemon-type format, traveling around and seeing the varieties of Momodos (what I would describe as a humanoid Pokemon) and participating in various battles of predictable combinations. Nevertheless, I had fun watching it, the characters were rather simple, but well developed and it had some funny running gags. I would definitely recommend it for kids, but not probably not many adults would enjoy this.
