Argento Soma (TV) Good It's rather good but slow-paced, so you might get bored before the end, but the story gets really interesting at episode 20.
Candy Boy (ONA) Decent I'm not familiar to slice of life but this is pretty enjoyable, though I wish the relationships between the 4 characters evolved a bit more.
Casshern Sins (TV) Masterpiece At the beginning, the initial plot (a amnesic cyborg who apparently destroyed the world without knowing how nor why) looks like a pretext to explore a devastated world and see how people manage to find something in it that makes them want to continue to live, which is really touching and interesting, although the second half of the anime focuses more about the main plot which is great as well. Fights are awesome thanks to the animation and sound effects, it's really something to see those robots fighting for their survival with their screams of pain and anger. And Ringo is lovely =)
Cowboy Bebop: The Movie Masterpiece Awesome OST, awesome characters, awesome story.
Death Note (TV) Very good Great mindgames *_* the first part of the show is better than the rest though.
Eden of the East (TV) Masterpiece Perfect from the beginning to the end. If you like thrillers (and even if you don't) and you want a complex and great story but without metaphysical stuff, this is for you. And just look at Saki, she's so cute, if that doesn't make you want to watch the anime I don't know what will ^_^
Elfen Lied (TV) Excellent A lot of blood but it's not pointless, the main characters are interesting, so is the plot.
Ergo Proxy (TV) Decent It could have last 13 episodes instead of 23... I might watch it again someday as I didn't understand everything the first time.
Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone (movie) Excellent Just a remake of the first part with nothing changed to the plot. Worth seeing for operation Yashima.
Fate/stay night (TV) Weak Pretty boring stuff, I don't remember a lot about this but it was rather hard not to give up before the end.
Ghost in the Shell (movie) Excellent A bit overrated imo, it's a great movie but the plot isn't as complex as I heard it would be.
Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (movie) Excellent As good as the first, plus it's visually impressive.
Gurren Lagann (TV) Masterpiece Every episode is an absolute masterpiece and better than the previous one, when you begin watching this you can't stop it until the show is over. I don't see how a super robot story can get more epic than that.
Hellsing (TV) So-so Lack of real answers about the plot, I heard that the manga is much better but I didn't read it yet.
Neon Genesis Evangelion (TV) Excellent One of the first animes I've ever seen so it kinda impressed me, fights are great and often very original (due to the weird nature of some Angels), the plot is very complex but there's enough data given throughout the show for you to enjoy it (but if you want to understand everything you will have to watch the movies and read the extra-data wrote by Anno in some PS2 Eva-related game which I don't remember the title).
Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion (movie) Excellent "Wtf is going on?" is a question that I often asked myself during the movie, but this is Eva, so it's still enjoyable.
Parasite Dolls (OAV) Good Nice cyberpunk stuff, especially if you like Asimov's stories about robots.
RahXephon (TV) Very good Eva-like with an fully understandable story.
Serial Experiments Lain (TV) Very good Cyberpunk themes in the modern world. Sometimes strange and very complex so you might have to make your brain work.
Wolf's Rain (TV) Excellent
Wolf's Rain (OAV) Excellent
