FIRST: I will not include non-anime on my list (IE: not-anime-but-related). I enjoy western animation, but my ANN list is Japanese cartoons only.

FOURTH: I rate anime in any way I desire, depending on how well I liked it, and with little room for objectivity. I change the rating for any anime whenever I desire because my opinion shifts over time.
