1. AX Special Edition of replay: Symphony of Heroes

2. The Entertainment Hall

Attendees are able to participate in a wide range of activities, such as tabletop gaming, which includes tournaments and learn-to-play sessions for popular board & card games. For fans of videogames, there's AX Arcade and eGaming, which provides hand held and console game stations for friendly competitions between new and old comrades. Finally, there is a whole area dedicated to cosplayers which brings us to the next point on the list….

3. Cosplay Area

Cosplayers of all skill level can look forward to AX's cosplay sets, to take a photo in a classroom or gothic setting and the official Cosplay Photo Booth, to have a photo taken by a professional photographer . Also, with the help of the Cosplay Repair Center, which helps fix any snafu that may happen during the convention, cosplayers can enjoy the weekend stress-free.

4. Premieres & Screenings

Premieres and screenings are designed to not only promote the latest animated works, but also electrify attendees with excitement. AX plans to deliver on this philosophy come July by hosting the world movie premiere of K: Missing Kings, the U.S. premiere of Sword Art Online II, and more!

5. Guests of Honor

AX 2014 welcomes over 30 Guests of Honor including Japanese and American voice actors, anime producers, character designers, pop idols, cosplayers, and industry leaders. Attendees can look forward to seeing our illustrious guests during their panels, Q&A sessions, and autograph signings!

6. The Masquerade

Often ranked as one of the biggest highlights of AX, the Masquerade is home to thousands of cosplayers from across the globe, donning everything from flowing robes to painstakingly grafted plate armor. Performances, craftsmanship, and skits are honed months in advance to showcase each individual's artistry in the hope being awarded “Best of Show,” among other titles and prizes.

7. The Fashion Show

Europe may be a world leader in heavily influencing fashion shows/trends, but when it comes to maintaining a kawaii (cute) appearance, mixed with modern fashion, the Japanese are on their own league. Attendees immersed in kawaii culture will have the opportunity to witness Japanese guests and their brands as they showcase their bold, daring, yet creative interpretation of what it means to be kawaii.



8. The Charity Auction

In addition to creating a memorable convention experience, AX strives to give back to the community through the AX Charity Auction. Attendees are able to bid on rare products in support of a worthy cause. This year, AX will be donating to Japan Society's Earthquake Relief Fund.

9. The Manga Lounge

With a multitude of activities taking place at the same time, attendees may just want to relax and take refuge for some time, and what better place than the manga lounge? Fans have the opportunity to take a break from the convention, choose from a wide selection of manga genres, and read comfortably on our beanbags. Once recuperated, attendees can confidently tackle the rest of the convention.

10. The Exhibit Hall

Home to the largest Exhibit Hall of Japanese pop-culture goods in North America, AX features over 250 vendors and showcases thousands of products straight from Japan, including figurines, manga, Japanese fashion, cosplay, games, wall-scrolls, and so forth. In addition, fans are able to connect with prestigious Japanese pop culture companies at their industry booths.
