Shogakukan Publishes Aya Ueto's Story

Shogakukan's Shoujo Comic magazine is serializing a manga based on the real-life story of Japanese actress Aya Ueto. Aya Ueto Monogatari premieres in the March 19th issue (#8) of Shoujo Comic and will focus on the filming of the movie Azumi. Shogakukan recently polled the predominantly female readers of Shoujo Comic and found that Aya Ueto was their favorite actress.
