Entirely Go! Comi's fault for not being open about their fate.

What sick person would do such a horrible thing!? It's bad enough Go Comi had to kick the bucket, but using their site as a way to scam people!? That's just going too far!

Man, what douchebags. Strange anyone in Austria might do this, I visited a few years ago and met anime fans there, they seemed like really pleasant, simple people. Austria itself seems like an arcadian, well-to-do, historically rich utopia (at least, in Vienna), why anyone living there would do this seems odd.
Someone from Germany may be involved as well... is it a Prussian conspiracy?? j/k I lived there when I was a kid, I've known some Germans too, they're amazingly sharp and bright. It isn't entirely surprising someone might throw together a site like this, though it is somewhat odd considering, as I understand it, Germany amongst EU nations has their finances very well-together, and has been asked to help financing the debts of countries going bankrupt (Ireland, Greece, etc.).
I guess douche-baggery knows no borders. I feel bad for Go!Comi and the fans who might get duped because of this.

Hello,
We have bought the domain gocomi.com on a official godaddy auction. It is quite normal that domain names which drops or expire
are grabbed/snaped again from Domainers.
Normaly domainers just park this domains. And make some income with Advertising.
We made the same with the domain for a couple of month - nothing about that is tort!
(A hole industry lives from domain parking)
Two or three month ago, we tought it's maybe a good idea
to start or to try a relaunch of the Go Comi Website.
Unfortunately nobody was willing to spend or help bringing
the procject back to life.
That's why we are now selling the domain on flippa.
I would insist, therefore, that NOBODY was making a donation
and that the domain was not used to scam somebody!
This was not in our interests! NEVER!
Maybe it was not explained correctly on the site;
But we would like to rebuild gocomi.com for their fans
Any maybe relaunch under a new company name.
For now we decided against a relaunch and
the domain will be sold soon.
If somebody is interested to rebuild the site for the manga fans
the domain is now on sale at flippa.com
Best regards
David

Except for the fact that you can't legally simply start using a company's logo as your own, even that of a defunct company. If what you say is true about your motives perhaps you should read up on the legality's before starting such a misguided adventure.
