Man that's young. Didn't know that Sukeban Deka was a manga. I only thought it was another in the line of exploitation films done by Toei. I've only had the honor of seeing one. R.I.P.

R.I.P I know a lot of people will say 61 is not young, but really it is. Too many people die in their 60's or younger.

Chrno: There was also an anime. I only saw the film which was from Kenta Fukasaku myself.

This is barely on topic, but can somebody contact rightstuf.com and tell them to take Sukeban Deka: The Movie and Sukeban Deka: Counterattack of the Kazama Sisters out of their "Adult" section. These would be PG or PG-13 at the worst; they were pretty much kids' shows. Ironically they have its soft-core porn parody Yo-Yo Sexy Girl Cop in the regular, non-adult section.

I've tried emailing them and they won't listen.

Oh yeah, that's right. Y'know I forgot about that one and I'd been wanting to see that one too.

Sad He was one of my favorite authors, and one of the few prolific male shoujo mangaka. The most recent thing I'd read of his was Shoujozame. I'll have to get Kugutsushi Rin next time I put in a manga order.
