Oh, I'm very happy about 'Godannar', but where the HELL is 'KURAU Phantom Memory????' C'mon ADVfilms! They licensed this show long after 'Godannar'. It's what happens when you take on license all these shows and can only put out a handful at a time. And I'm willing to bet there was a show that came out after that show and they released it on time.
Oh, well. Enough with my rant.
I'm happy that 'Godannar' is finally out. And not just one volume, but 2. I can now finish the series on my big screen TV.

I still haven't bought quite a few of these shows, what benefits/downsides are there to getting the thinpak versions? (Sorry if this is a common question).

No extras (generally), which matters not since the extras included are generally pretty "eh". But you end up getting what, the series for a fairly low price?
