Emily Nicholas (#68383) and the associated credit for the Haruhi movie should be merged with Emily Nicolas (#95334). Nicolas is the correct spelling of her last name and should be the only entry in the encyclopedia for her. Thanks!

I can confirm that the Ippo credit was an error on the part of the ANN contributor, not Geneon:
So, I am entering Sendo under Erholtz and marking it erroneous for Erholz. I have the Champion Road disk too, but it was not with the rest of the TV series, so I must have misplaced it. 
I'll look around for it a bit later so I can have proof before I do anything on that credit. |

Takashi Azuhata and Takashi Atsuhata both have the same kanji name entered, 安津畑 隆, and all credits for both entries are for either Photography or Director of Photography. Probably the same guy. If I'm using this right, then it looks like Takashi Atsuhata is the only right way to read it.

安津畑 (replace the "*" by "%2A")
AllCinema says "あずはた・たかし" (Azuhata Takashi) though, and the nanori reading of the individual kanji 1+2 would allow this pronunciation as well. "安津畑隆" "あつはた" (Atsuhata) produces only 1 Google hit. "安津畑隆" "あずはた" (Azuhata) produces a few more. |

Well, ENAMDICT/JMnedict aren't all-inclusive; there will always be obscure names and readings that aren't included. The guy might also have intentionally chosen a non-standard reading for his name.

I just noticed that Kento Shimoyama and Taketo Shimoyama are actually the same person. Both have the same kanji name (下山健人), and they're only credited for scripts or series composition. According to his Japanese Wikipedia page, "Kento" is the correct reading of his given name.

And there are now three error reports (1, 2, 3) on "TJP's" roles in Clannad After Story (TV) that say the same thing. Can anyone confirm this, or state that "TJP" has requested to keep his/her real name separate from this alias? |

He is only credited as "TJP" in After Story, for all of his roles (including Toshio Koumura). His name varied in the first season. He was credited as "T. Posthlewaite" for Toshio Koumura in episodes 7 and 9. In episode 15 and 19, he was credited as "Todd Waite" for the same role, and as "Todd Waite" for other minor roles in the later part of the series (starting at 13). |
