Well this shows how SRE was exploiting the licence. However seems bizarre, I can't imagine SRE would knowingly sublicence when their licence is expired. But I also can't see how they wouldn't monitor their licence status. Rolling Eyes

I'm guessing there could be an argument that SRE negotiated and finalized the contract for the comic during the grace period and that it would count. Who knows?

and another licensing issue that is even worse than the mess with Harmony Gold and the Robotech/Maccross seires.

It's fools like these that are the reason why the series arent popular in the US excluding to die hard otakus. though i would prefer harmony gold over the horror that is 4kids.

hopefully this issue wont go sour grapes,otherwise it may be the end of the franchise statewise.
