And sooner or later,Saban Brands will come calling, wanting to do another "Power Rangers" series. It wouldn't surprise me if that happened. Not in the least.

Let's worry about how they're going to hack up Goseiger and Gokaiger before worrying about this series.

I'm pretty sure at this point, Saban Brands is obligated to adapt every Super Sentai series that will ever gets made.

As for this series, it's starting to sound like they're running out of ideas.

Nope, they're using footage from both shows for Power Rangers Megaforce and like Samurai, will be 2 short seasons.

Early trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztcetHPivmw

Highly doubtful that it will be as good as Gokaiger but it will be interesting to see which past rangers they will bring back for that part of the series.

Does this even need to be said? The originals will always be superior.

I also figured they'd skip Goseiger given the angels/demons/God theme, but I guess if they splice in Gokaiger stuff they can fill up all the stuff they cut.

I'm more amazed they're still on Samurai. Man, Japan makes a new one every year, but even going longer than Shinkenger did, Samurai still has less episodes. What's up with that?

nickelodeon only lets them air 20 episodes a year which is why they won't be renewing the contract with them after megaforce

also your forgetting how RPM was way better than go onger

I've been following Super Sentai news since Gokaiger came out, and Saban already confirmed using Goseiger for Power Rangers Megaforce. The latest rumor about the series is that while the second season will use Gokaiger mecha footage, it will not use the Gokaiger suits. Instead, the Goseiger suits will be used on both seasons of Megaforce.

Is that an actual rule? That sounds stupid.

Lies. Go-Onger was amazing and pretty much fun-incarnated. It also brought us one of the best moments in Sentai history.

I seem to recall the Japanese really liking Power Rangers Lost Galaxy rather than the original Gingaman.

Ahh, so it could be like the 2nd and the 3rd season of Power Rangers. At least video production has gotten better so it doesn't look TOO obvious which one was the American or Japanese footage.

This is a false rumor.

Lost Galaxy aired on a limited paid channel and almost nobody saw it.
Gingaman was the single most well-viewed Sentai of the 90s.

Power Rangers fans came up with a lot of crap over the years to make their adaptation seem superior.
