Wow, I'm surprised they didn't stop the concert for even a second... Did the other people just not notice or did they kind of ignore it because staff were already attending to the fan?

Is the stadium going to pay for his bills? I know here in America they would be liable for not keeping maintenance up properly

In Issai Gassai (B side of Yumesekai Maxi single CD) Haruka sings about kissing the boom boom. If she kissed the boo boo I am sure it would be all better
I love her songs and would gladly be hit by a twenty kilo light fixture to see her perform! |

I would hope that the stadium preemptively pays for the costs of the injured person, so as to avoid a lawsuit and/or bad PR.
