Please let it be a new series. I recently got into the old one, and it would be great promotion for the upcoming live-action movie. With how old the source material is, it'll introduce it to a younger generation.

I will be so happy if it's a new series, considering there's been no less than 3 aborted attempts at doing so before this.

Crunchyroll says Kenji Nakamura (Trapeze, Mononoke, C, Tsuritama) will be directing. I can't wait to see what Nakamura will do with that propriety.
