All three have same name kanji entry and "director of photography" credits.

Neither ti/chi is correct or incorrect, it depends on how you romanise it. Chi is more common, and is used by the Hepburn system we favour.
羽 on its own is rendered "ha", but in a compond kanji word it usually becomes "ba". Kuchiba is the only reading in edict. Takeshi and Tsuyoshi are two of the MANY valid readings for 毅 If this is his Twitter account as it appears to be, then Takeshi Kuchiba seems pretty certain. |
