Aria's original releases were in chipboard boxes. I assume "litebox" refers to a thinner, more cardboardy artbox. If that makes any sense.

A litebox is a standard DVD case.

I'll make sure to be more confusing next time. Maybe I'll throw in some condescension as well.

What a nice way of saying "We're cramming 3 disks into this case".

Though, this technique seems to be growing. I don't mind two-sided cases, but I'm no fan of those flip panels.

Well, there's always stackpacks.

More seriously, do you prefer the kind with overlapping discs?

Stak-paks are humanity's ultimate expression of evil.

I don't mind the flip cases as much anymore, but my preference will always remain double-sided thinpak cases, two disks per case.

Of course, if all this stuff was always available streaming, I wouldn't buy another disk ever again.

Overlapping discs are second only to stackpacks in terms of pure evil. I changed out my GITS:SAC & SAC2 overlapping cases with regular ones because I was tired of flexing my discs every time I was trying to remove one. Plus its easier to scratch the discs and they are just an all around hassle to me. I hate them almost as much as stackpacks.

....Wow.... I simply must have that artbox! It has a bit of a cheesetastic 80s feel to it, I love it! Still going to wait til Black Friday/December sales, seeing how it doesn't come out til March. I'll probably make at least two orders like last year anyway, so once I get to $50, there's one order!

Agreed, it reminds me of some Boris Vallejo paintings from the 80s. Laughing

I was going to wait a bit on Cobra too, but once I saw that artbox and the magic words, "while supplies last", my ordering fingers started moving on their own.

First time I have paid shipping on a RightStuf order in a long time for a single item, but worth it for the peace of mind.
