No surprise there. The finale had a cliffhanger anyways. I have mixed feelings about this though.

Try almost 2 months ago!
I knew it would have a cliffhanger ending, so I'm really looking forward to the second season. The first was a fantastic series, with a large helping of suspense and despair.

Nice. So this is the second season people were talking about. I've yet to see the last episode, but so far this series has been pretty damn cool. I knew from the promos it would be dark, but it surprised me just how much despair there was (and no deaths!), especially for a card game (yu-gi-oh level right there, only more personal). Soundtrack's pretty sweet too.

lmao, Suspense and despair? Where was that at? You mean the forced foreshadowing which lead no where? or do you mean the gambling role in the game that ending up not mattering cause you can get over the drawback? Or do you mean the misleading scenes where you assume a character died but didn't? If this is despair then it would be for 5 year olds.

It was never officially announced, just rumours. |
I dunno, the Showgate site is the one that announced. Considering they're producing it, it seemed kind of official when they listed it as two seasons back in April.

Showgate jumped the gun on the listing. They changed it to 12 episodes after.
