Is this okay to do? For example:

manga#14710

links to:

http://www.akaneshinsha.co.jp/cgi-bin/menu.cgi?ISBN=978-4-86349-283-7

This link is dead, but when I typed it into Wayback, I can see it was up as late as:

http://web.archive.org/web/20130318050004/http://www.akaneshinsha.co.jp/cgi-bin/menu.cgi?ISBN=978-4-86349-283-7

Should we select 'official website' under "I know this" and submit the archive link to replace the original link if we see it has gone down?

I would personally like to see both links, with precisions of "Defunct" and "Archive". Just so that the original link isn't removed, but it's clear that it's not working.

That sounds good. I don't even know how to remove URLs so I've just been adding Wayback links when I've noticed a site is down.
