They're a seller of overstock, if they don't get anime it's because companies don't over print their discs as much anymore. I'm a little surprised that they didn't get anything from Bandai closing though.

Since the issue was brought up, I checked out our local Big Lots today. They had only a small rack of DVDs of miscellaneous old movies. No anime at all.

Several years ago I managed to find die cast models of some of the cars from Initial D and a single from Scrapped Princess with a weirdly proportioned figure.

Thanks for checking. I'll check my local Big Lots later this week, but I'm not very hopeful. Kind of sucks because I live in a small town, and that was the only place to buy anime. Oh well. I do still find manga at Goodwill from time to time.

You might as well get used to the idea of buying anime and manga on line. Unless you have access to a major city the pickings are slim all over. Like you I miss going into a stor and finding something I wasn't looking for, but those times are gone.
