It means that they are starting it back up from when they delayed it. |

People can't enter anymore. The voting has already been finished. What they need to do now is select the audience favorite from ANN's voting, and announce the winners that VIZ and Naoko Takeuchi have chosen. At least, that is what I believe. |

These are the finalist for the audience favorites. They said that if you don't see your picture, it's possible it may have been chosen as one of the other winners (or it didn't have enough votes). |
