Manga Sutra -- Futari H

wut

I have zero interest in buying it (OVA adaption is kind of decent, but the manga is just a sex guide/fap material for guys), but Tokyopop picked up Futari Ecchi? That's... indescribable.

They've also licensed some previously licensed stuff (Aria fans will be pleased, I guess). I mean, that's a lot of new stuff, manga, manwha, light novels...

Haven't gone through the list, but from the few I know, nothing catches my eye, sadly...

I'm glad TOKYOPOP brings out Mamotte Shugogetten after the series has been canceled some years ago.
The manga has already been published by TOKYOPOP Germany, btw Smile

Cool, Rose Hip Rose. I figured it was coming, since we already have Rose Hip Zero. I'll be buying RHR, since I'm liking the prequel RHZ.

They could keep Princess Ai
And who wrote the animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/manga.php?id=4393]entry for Rose Hip Rose? There are a few errors there.

There are a few that look intresting

Alright .hack GU+, although I'd really like to have .hack//Zero novel but hey this is good news for people who don't play the games. Although its non-canon because of differences between it and the game. I am still picking it up, even if it's not going to be for a while.

It;s nice to know that those folks who want to check out Twelve Kingdoms for a little cheaper with the paperback edition. Although there going to have to wait almost a year after the hardcover edition.

Cool, a release date for Aria! I'm also looking forward to Gakuen Alice, V.B. Rose, and maybe that Ai Morinaga manga.

Tokyopop is releasing a H manga...interesting...

haven't heard of most of those but definitely looking forward to Rose Hip Rose. I am interested in what they mean by Anthology next to Warcraft and the the other one, 600 page graphic novel? That would be cool for them.

It's cool that Getten got picked up, because that means that there's a possibility for certain Raijin titles to get a second chance, but I'd like Revenge of Moufflon to be next. Anyway, I just hope they keep Jake's translation for the first 3-4 volumes.

Fascinating. They confirm Gosick, which I've barely started translating, and not Missing, which I've translated three volumes of.
Since the first volume of Missing is out in Nov and has been on Amazon for ages, I'm going to assume I won't get in trouble sticking my name on both of these...

So wait, that's why I haven't been able to find ARIA on shelves, a licensing lapse from ADV? Yeargh. That's what I get for not paying attention to the title until the anime completely sucked me in. Does anyone know if they'll be starting from scratch or from where ADV left off?

I'm happy to see that too, though the wait is annoying. But that's the industry standard between release of a hardcover and a paperback so I'm not surprised.

You've got to be kidding me. Don't tell me Milky is writing it again...

Moufflon was probably my favorite thing in Raijin; I could see it getting picked up by TP since they've shown an interest in quirky, shorter titles in the past.

What ticks me off is that they could have gotten so many better semi-porn titles with actual substance, but went for the FE because its easy to read and is easy on the eyes. I can't see how its going to translate to English that well either.

But now I'm glad I held out on The Twelve Kingdoms HC.
