The list should have Konatsu Miyamoto from Tari Tari and Yui Kiriyama from Kokoro Connect

Ryoko/Taiga can also be pointed out too as one where they were both animated by the same studio(JC Staff).
As for Eve/Golden Darkness & Tearju, I thought they've all but confirmed that it's spoiler[the same characters. As Yami is called Eve a couple times in To Love-ru Darkness. Along with hints in her past that might point to Black Cat. ] It should also be pointed out that Yami/Eve & Tearju all share the same seiyuu in Black Cat and To Love-ru anime adaptations. I expected Rei Ayanami and her myriad "siblings" to rank somewhere. Just off the top of my head: Yuki Nagato from HARUHI SUZUMIYA, Quon Kisaragi from RAHXEPHON, Mamiko Kuri from NARUTARU... It has its own tropes page even.

I think Mii Serizawa (NG Life manga) and Mikoto Misaka (Railgun) look quite alike:
 
As for Oscars, who do I think will win? Big Hero 6. Who do I think actually deserves to win? Anyone but Big Hero 6, those most average movie I've seen in ages to just squander all its potential. I'm kind of surprised that lynzee lamb passed up the opportunity to slam Rumiko Takahashi for all of her similar characters...even she can't tell them apart, sometimes.
