I known it was 2 cour earlier last week, however, I wish distributors embraced boxsets for 2 cour anime, something like a 3 volume, 8 episode distribution model would work.

Good Lord I feel bad for Japan. They'll probably sell for 60 bucks of more a pop.

I can barely stand the 4 episode sets with Kill La Kill through Aniplex. I couldn't even imagine that being the norm.

Can't deny that it pretty much insanity to buy any series that isn't short of "the greatest show you have watched in the past decade" with such a huge price point.

So are we to assume that episodes will be arranged on Disc like this:

Vol.1 : 1-3
Vol.2 : 4-6
Vol.3 : 7-9
Vol.4 : 10-12
Vol.5 : 13-15
Vol.6 : 16-18
Vol.7 : 19-21
Vol.8 : 22-24

Hmm... that does seem like the most obvious, but you never know.

Going with the Japanese prices, I think it would be more justified for them to have the high prices there if they had at least 4-5 ep. per volume.
