Glad to hear that everything worked out. And I just got my Another Act book in today, so now I have everything. So I just got to find some time and just immerse myself in...well everything. |

I had a very successful free comic book day indeed. I got most everything at the comic shop where they're always having half off sales, naturally.
Manga Ajin: Demi Human 4 Black Rose Alice 4 Blood Lad 6 Gangsta 5, 6 Goong 18 (final) GYO hardcover omni JoJo's Bizarre Adventure part 1 v2 Kamisama Kiss 17, 18 Log Horizon novel 1 Ubel Blatt 2 Voice Over 10, 11 What Did You Eat Yesterday? 7, 8 xxxHolic Rei 3 Anime Black Jack: The Movie (Osamu Dezaki) Other Comics Adventure Time Original series 5 Bee & Puppycat tpb 1 Elfquest: Final Quest 1 TPB I had a tough time choosing between the Log Horizon novel or manga, but I kind of want to see that as an anime more so I went with the novel. As for all that Yen, looks like I need to cancel some more RightStuf items... that shop used to get in Yen stuff like twice a year tops, now they're getting it in way more frequently, perhaps Yen changed some of their distribution channels? They didn't have most of the Viz shonen that I collect though (Magi, Assassination Classroom), but I did get most of the Viz shojo. Hopefully soon. Also, I went to 5 comic shops total (only bought stuff at two, the manga and the movie since GoHastings bought MovieStop) Oh and I also finally broke down and got another short box (magazine box, actually, they fit the oversized manga so I prefer those). I'm up to 8 (I can't physically fit more shelves in my space so yeah, boxes it is!) |

Looking to decorate my much larger apartment's walls and picked up this undoubtedly unauthorized art poster for Spirited Away (via China or Vietnam).
http://www.ebay.com/itm/261866395082?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Also picked up non-anime wall art. Little Nemo in Slumberland comic reproduction poster. Pogo "We have met the enemy and he is Us" poster print Original promo poster for the first 80's "Groo The Wanderer" Marvel/Epic series. All relatively cheaply purchased, but I'm considering getting them all professionally framed. |

Since it was cheap enough, I decided to snag up Sakura Dairies off Amazon, for the low price of $15.

@Spastic Minnow
I suspect you may be surprised/horrified at what it costs for professional framing. Get the price before you commit. I found that places like Target and even Walmart have decent poster sized frames. Also check out the big hobby shops for greater selection. Moving on, received today from the comic shop: Figures: Tonys Heroine Collection Fairy Garden Annabel Ani-Statue 1/6 (another butterfly girl) Cardcaptor Sakura Sakura Kinomoto S. H. Figuarts AF Manga: Ancient Magus Bride volume 1 Black Rose Alice volume 4 Evergreen volume Kiss of the Rose Princess volume 4 Millennium Snow Omnibus volumes 3/4 Nisekoi False Love volume 9 Rosario Vampire season II volume 14 (final) Yamada Kun & Seven Witches volume 2 Manhwa: Bride of the Water God Volume 17 Last edited by Alan45 on Wed May 06, 2015 6:18 pm; edited 1 time in total |

I probably spelled it wrong. I have a problem with that word. Basically comics from Korea.

@Polycell
Yeah, I know. I find that the best way to deal with the Talkback section is to ignore the very existence of certain individuals. It is not always possible though. |
