I've been enjoying the current ongoing anime so it'll be interesting to see the live action chemistry between the main leads. |

Are there any Japanese actors who can even vaguely pull off Takeo's size? I'm thinking of someone like Michael Clarke Duncan who had a build that would fit Takeo quite well.

That's my concern too... especially since Takeo is supposed to be the exact opposite of what a bishounen is. |

Who they cast as Takeo will pretty much make or break this movie, and I can't think of a single popular Japanese star physically up to the task. Would be awesome if they find some unknown actor who fits the physicality and breaks away from the bishounen mold a bit.

Suzuki Ryohei maybe? Among other things, he starred in Hentai Kamen a couple years back. He's pretty muscular but still very easy on the eyes...
