Well, if Aniplex USA is streaming it, I guess that means they got it somehow. Unless I am reading this article wrong.

For those that want Gangsta streaming there, it is available to various French-speaking and European territories but not the USA. If Gangsta wasn't picked up by a company here, then this reminds me of what happened with Dog Days". That is, they gave it subbed (in this case, English) but gave it's availability to select countries.
