The last Bones series to premiere this year...

Nice. I kinda like that premise tbh. Hope we see a PV soon at Anime Expo.

The folks behind it give me hope, but the concept I'm a bit iffy on. It sounds an awful lot like Rolling Girls and we all know how that turned out.

One Punch Man, My hero academia, Tiger and Bunny, a bunch of other stuff I'm positive I'm missing because they aren't relevant t me at the moment. I doubt it's a recent trend but I'm really starting to notice how many "superhero themed" anime there are...

As someone who loves superhero stuff I'm definitely excited for this, add in my obsession with BONES and I'm incredibly hyped for this! Hope we get to learn more soon!

Meh. I like the art, but the premise leaves a lot to be desired (in my opinion). I've never liked superhero stuff very much so I find this recent global trend a bit tiresome.

To each their own. I still hope this show is success.

The title... But why? *sigh*

The synopsis sounds like a "each group brings its own gladiator, and then there's a monster-of-the-week fight".

I'll wait for them to release a PV to get a better sense of what this is about.

Ok this sounds awesome. And Seiji Mizushima's directing it? I now have my first show of the fall.

I've not seen Rolling Girls, but its synopsis and this show's don't sound that similar to me. Were they superheroes?

Quote:
Tokyo is flooded with countless heroes — chōjin — during the time of "apotheosis." Their origin stories are all different. While some were altered by evil organizations, others cames from space. While some came from magical worlds, others came into being as fairies from ancient times. While some are robots built by scientists, still others are anachronistic robots, out of place and time. But the Japanese government could not simply close its eyes as these superheroes run rampant!!

What about the ones that became heroes after losing their parent(s)? Laughing

BONES, the director and scriptwriter of Fullmetal Alchemist (my all time favourite anime) AND Kaito Ishikawa??? I'm in! The plot seems interesting too. Very Happy Looking forward to more information and a PV soon.

I don't know... The premise is a little too broad. And if the art is going to be anything like FMA it's going to decrease my interest.
