I feel like it's kinda unfair when really these songs should've just been released on one big album.

It's amazing how the film of Love Live continues to maintain its place in the Top 10 for so long.
 The μ's prospects could not have been brighter.

I don't get what you mean by that. Do you mean it is not fair to other singles that Love Live holds three places? So they should have combined them all into one big CD? Or do you mean it is unfair to the fans, who should only have had to buy one CD? Either way I don't think fairness is an issue lol |

Well there goes K-On's record for best first week for an anisong ever. I believe it was No Thank You at about 87,000 before this. It would have lost the record last week if that Sunny Day Song hadn't had stock issues.

Tell that to Idolmaster who releases a multitude of CDs in one year. Surely they can just release some of them as albums, but then they can't brag about shipping over 3 million copies in total a few years back, since the CDs don't sell much individually anyway. Idolmaster has 30+ CDs just this year and counting for a total of around 700~800K units. Just considering the 3 LL Movie Singles, the total is already ~317K units, so it's really quality vs quantity. With Best Live collection II album, ミはμ’sicのミ and the BiBi singles in the mix, the figure for 2015 is almost 600K units (~100K on average) sold just from just those 6 new releases. By the way, i'm sure some already heard that the whole LL discography has shipped over 2.5 million copies according to the mainstream "ZIP" Nippon TV program on June 19th: http://sifblog.net/19770 By then, only 53 CDs have been released (16 of them before the first anime season even aired, which sold ~30K units in total, probably shipped between 50~100K copies in total)... so of course it doesn't include the ~317K+ copies from the 3 LL Movie singles.
