Same date and time? Now that's how you do an anniversary. Cool

Now, if only Funi could give a release date for Eva 3.3 (Seriously, their licensing spree could have a factor in the delay) and Japan tell us when the Rebuild finale comes out.

If they can air the whole series in an overnight train trip, I guess the most avid fans will be compelled to take a vacation... Laughing

Hell I might just go to akihabara for this.

Sounds fun and free and it's my generation of anime otaku after all.

Remastered episode I hope. Cool idea though, and that train looks awesome. Though access to the first two rooms has to be booked in advance and chosen by lottery? Is that only for the opening runs or for as long as the train is in service?

Damn...couldn't order the Archives box in time...

Master plan was to watch one episode of the broadcast version per week, but bills and stuff. This year has been tough on the hobby funds.

An international blu-ray box with an English dub would be nice.
A release window for 4.0 would be nice.
An announcement of a new Evangelion project would be nice too.

Riots in several Japanese cities occurred today. Reports indicate that they started after fans of a popular cartoon started fighting for space to see the screens on which the first episode was being displayed. Hospitals report a large number of injuries, including one man who had to have a scale model of Unit-01 removed from an undisclosed orifice.
