Oh, hello Sphere!! Why you not doing a theme song?!?! Honestly, anime like this always sounds so cheesy...er..TV shows like this in general. They always glamorize the people of history to make them look like saints (or completely evil, depending on the angle) rather than actual people with various colors. I find that irritating. But it looks like it will be a pretty decent show for kids with an excellent voice cast. Might give it an episode just to hear those voices. Especially lovely Aki... |

I like the concept behind this one, looks like Edison will get venerated again as the "Wizard of Menlow Park" though unless the show surprises us and acknowledgesee his patent thieving and other mercurial behaviour.
Also shouldn't that be Alexander Graham Bell, Scottish-American inventor? (Who also may have stolen his patent for the telephone). [/i] |

Don't know what it is, but there is something about the character designs for this one that I don't really like. But, I do like the eyes.
Still, as I'm a massive mark for time travel stories, I'll be checking this show out. Though, the music in the PV seemed to be too dramatic compared to the scenes that were shown. Kind of threw me off, when it comes to the sort of tone the series is going to be taking. |

Agreed, also I can't help thinking that the girl had better speak good English. I imagine her appearing and saying "konnichiwa, Bell-sama!" or "Herrooo Meester Behru" and Bell replying "what??"

As a history buff I hope that the historical events are spot on and that Funimation's eventual English dub has matching accents for the time period.
