The Irony here is just too good since I remember when Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokémon were in competition with each other and for a long time Yu-Gi-Oh! was more popular since the cards were selling like hot cakes.

I did. Both, Bakura and Satoshi/Ash are voiced by Rica Matsumoto.
The reason why Rishid is here, but not Anzu and Honda is because those two aren't Battle City finalists. Mokuba is there because of Kaiba.
Didn't you pay attention to the newest movie? That's Mokuba's current design. And even if you haven't watch it yet, his design was revealed months before the release. |

Heh, now I wonder which Pokémon they'd be most fond of. Let's assume Pokémon GO is advanced enough to have all Pokémon up to Generation VII and you can obtain Legendaries. Here are some of my suggestions:
Yugi - Whimsicott, a weak-looking, round brown creature with a lot of weird and subversive tricks Kaiba - Reshiram, a blue-eyed white dragon Joey/Jonouchi - Zekrom, a red-eyed black dragon Marik - Cofagrigus, themed on ancient Egypt with horrifying effects Odion - No clue. Machamp? Registeel? Golurk? Mokuba - Mimikyu, as he's always trying to imitate someone more popular
Except in the English-speaking world, where the anime of Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! were the two shows that put 4Kids on the map and were aired on the same block on TV. |

I had never saw Mokuba's newest design prior to this since the only thing related to the movie I had been made aware of before hand was it's plot and some of the cast. His design stood out the most by virtue of the fact that pretty much everyone's design except his was based off their Battle City appearances. |

Anzu is the main female in that series, so not having her doesn't feel like like Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monster. Ryuji is probably playing a dice game. Honda is probably recording his voice into a robotic monkey so when he pushes the "Play" button, it gives him super strength.
