And the win goes to CrowLia. The give-away is in the hair: for some reason Handa has a classic single ahoge, while Handa-kun has two - not sure if they're long enough to count as antena hair, or if being two they can't be ahoge. Is there another term for those?

For me the giveaway was the collar, his high school uniform shirt is white and I distinctly recall him wearing black Japanese clothes to do calligraphy as an adult
