30-year-old anime being discussed on the World Service? That is far too recent to be of pertinence to its main audience! Thank goodness my license fee payments* did not go towards such a misallocation of resources.

*Such payments cumulatively sum to nought. No televisions in my humble abode!

Aren't they bringing in some law/legislation to adds owning a PC that can access iPlayer as something you need to pay the fee for?
