Excellent news, only would be even better if Discotek makes an announcement that they have licensed this and will release this on DVD/BD with a dub like Jigen's Gravestone. Anime hyper

And hopefully with the same cast as the Jigen film.

So f***ing hyped!

Koike, please be in charge of all Lupin now. If not all, then at least release one of these every year or so.

I'd prefer the cast they're using for the Blue Jacket dub (being the Red Jacket cast). The Jigen's Gravestone cast was okay (esp. Christina Vee's Fujiko), but let's get uniform here.

Sweet. This continues the trend of at least some form of Lupin content each year.

I miss the TV specials though.

Yeah, I quite enjoyed the Jigen dub, but the Tony Oliver Lupin cast is the best, so if I had to choose one it'd be them and it's great that that cast (apparently aside from Zenigata's) is finally getting a shot to do it again.

This is really interesting news actually - and to add to that next year is the 50th year anniversary of the original mangas publication (1967) - the anime series 50th will be in 2021

We have been celebrating ALL the lupin movies / tv specials in separate reviews on our planettyro youtube channel and we are looking forward to reviewing this one too, the artwork on jigens grave was nice so happy to hear the same team are involved
