Oooooh. Sounds interesting. I already own most of the Indigo League on DVD, but this oughta be cool. I wonder if they'll either update the first episode or add more details to it that weren't in the original first episode?

 It's like going back to 1998 again when it was first aired in America ^___^ I also own the complete Indigo League season on DVD as well I'll definitely look forward seeing this one ^-^

I knew it, I saw this coming. The Pokemon movies have been making less and less money each year for the past few years so I figured that the next one would be "different" in some form.

I'm so freaking HYPED!
On serebii it was posted it'll be a completely new adventure altogether, so it's no retelling of the first season, I wonder if Ash will challenge the Pokémon League just like the games, fighting the E4 and such. |

I haven't watched a Pokemon movie since... well, the first one back when it came out, but this is looking really interesting. The new Pokemon anime has started to get my interest back so I'll give it a shot when it's out.

I wonder how dramatically they'll make Ash/Satoshi and Pikachu's bicycle scene. My mom's was horrified when she saw that.
What'll make this even more nostalgic is if they got Veronica Taylor to voice Ash. |

OMG! That new "Mezase Pokemon Master".
I see they changed the logo on Satoshi's hat. I can't wait to see Kasumi again. This is perfect for the 20th anniversary of the anime. I like how there's Baby's Breath in front of Satoshi's house. We all know what that means in Japanese, right?

Why would they cast an American woman in a Japanese anime? Detective Conan's Episode One was fun. This Pocket Monsters Episode One will be fun too. I wonder if Naruto or One Piece wll ever do one. |

EEEY THE FIRST JAPANESE OP!
This is interesting, I was just thinking about how odd it was that nothing was heard of the next movie yet (it got to the point where I was making up my own absurd version of one in my head at work where Ash goes to jail) so this is what they were up to. I guess next year is the 20th anniversary for the show and since their last movie was their lowest grossing one (according to bulbapedia) I guess they'd figure the best way would be to make a reboot film. MILK THAT NOSTOLGIA BABY! Ok sure I can be cynical about it, but I am legitimately interested in this, if for nothing else to see parts from the old show actually be animated. |
