Unless I'm missing something, are you sure that Success is both Japanese-chinese owned and not just Japanese ?

Because I can't find evidences that the company is owned by a chinese firm.

It's not even mentioned in their corporate history and profile section of their official website:

This sounds like it would be a kids' show because of the "sandbox" part of the title.
