I was kind of expecting GKIDS to get it, but this is good too. I'm just glad that it's getting released at all.

I looked the licensor up. They're based in LA, so maybe NYAV (like Your Name) or some bigger company.

I hope so too. Though I'm not sure I've seen any theatrical anime run that passed over NOVA. Is it bad that that is a big reason I like living in the region?

Yeah, we are indeed pretty fortunate. The only things I can think of that we've missed are super super limited releases like Garakowa. It's definitely a big reason I like this place too! lol

Though at least for Garokawa, it streamed on CR. OTOH, watching it in theaters is a bit different.
