There appears to be another Sanae Yamamoto (#19849), since about half of the works credited to him on his page were produced after his death in 1981. Notably (but not limited to), your name., Up on Poppy Hill, Garden of Words, and Otona Joshi no Anime Time.

person#32923 (Izumi Hara)
person#75117 (Izumi Harawa)

There is a confusion with the kanji 和. It is not include in his last name but in his given name.
Source : WHITE FOX staff page

So the right profile is Izumi Hara (原 和泉)

Isao Namba
Isao Nanba

I'm not sure which of these is the proper way to romanize his family name.

I. Caitlin Glass (person#29271) (real name) and Tiffany Patterson (person#93245) (alias)
Vados in Dragon Ball Super is credited to Patterson, Caitlin has pointed to being said character in Xenoverse 2, and Chris Sabat had mentioned “Say Hello to Vados, everyone. And welcome @caitlinsvoice to the DBZ family!”

II. Kara Edwards (person#4218) (real name) and Janét Mason (person#95412) (alias)
Kara once stated in a tweet that her 5th favorite character of the characters she played was “Nanami”. The “Nanami” she is referring to is Nanami Shinonome from Dance in the Vampire Bund, as Kara did not play any characters named “Nanami” using her real name.

III. Alexis Tipton (person#77434) (correct spelling) and Aelxis Tipton (person#106216) (misspelling)
Misspelling of “Alexis”.

IV. Christopher R. Sabat (person#1386) (real name) and Chirs Sabat (person#152603) (misspelling)
Misspelling of “Chris Sabat”.

V. Scott McNeil (person#746) (correct spelling) and Scot McNeil (person#66289) (misspelling)
Usually, if not always, spelled with 2 ‘t’s.

VI. Greg Abbey (person#76403) (real name) and Frabk Frankson (person#52952) (misspelling)
Misspelling of “Frank Frankson” alias already merged into Abbey.

VII. Timothy Breese (person#15031) (full first name), Tim Breese (person#12628) (variant) and Tim Brash (person#14885) (alias)
While Garaga (the sole entry under “Timothy”) is not itself listed, a number of anime under both Tims is found on Breese’s website (which clearly writes his first name as “Timothy”) on his Voice Overs resume (found under the “Career” tab).

VIII. Lainie Frasier (person#4787) (correct spelling) and Lainie Fraiser (person#37758) (misspelling)
Though “Fraiser” is indeed how the actress credited for Yuna in New Fist of the North Star is written, “Frasier” includes New Fist of the North Star on the animation section of her resume (accessible from her website).

IX. Christina J. Moore (person#33879) (more complete name) and Christina Moore (person#64371) (variant)
While “Christina Moore” may be how she is credited “on the dvd” (as sourced), the ending credits for episode 29 list “Christina J. Moore” for the role of Hera in GetBackers.

X. Alfred R. Kahn (person#7966) (more complete name) and Alfred Kahn (person#9587) (variant)
In Pokemon’s credits, Alfred Kahn (Season 1) became Alfred R. Kahn just one season later.

XI. Norman J. Grossfeld (person#7960) (more complete name) and Norman Grossfeld (person#17008) (variant)
In the Pikachu’s Jukebox section of the Season 2 Pokemon credits, an “N. Grossfeld” is listed. This entry represents Norman J. Grossfeld’s songwriting credit for “What Kind of Pokemon Are You?” (as seen on the 2.B.A. Master album), one of the songs that play during that segment. Russ Velazquez also refers to him as “Norman Grossfeld” on his upload of the Sonic X theme (whereas “Norman J. Grossfeld” is credited for Theme Song with Velazquez in that show's ending credits)

XII. Russell Velázquez (person#30007) (correct spelling) and Russell Velasquez (person#66117) (incorrect spelling)
“Velázquez” (with 2 ‘z’s) is the correct spelling of his last name, as per his YouTube.

XIII. Ryan Kelly (person#12016) (correct spelling) and Ryan Kellie (person#30469) (erroneous spelling)
As seen in examples in this vid such as 0:09, 0:38, 1:09 and 7:23, it has always been Ryan Kelly in One Piece's credits.

XIV. Paul J. Baccash (person#12020) (more complete name), Paul Baccash (person#12506) (variant) and Paul J. Balcash (person#50450) (erroneous spelling)
As seen in same One Piece credits vid, Paul Baccash (0:09) later changes to the more usual Paul J. Baccash form (7:22). “Balcash” is completely wrong, though, as seen from these 2010 airing credits for Magical DoReMi (0:14).

XV. Rita Rivera (person#38974) (correct spelling) and Rila Rivera (person#30468) (erroneous spelling)
One last foray into the 4Kids One Piece credits vid for now (0:06, 0:35, 1:07, 7:20).

XVI. Jerry Lobozzo (person#12005) (full name) and Lobozzo (person#7904) (last name variant)
Between Seasons 3 (Johto Journeys) and 4 (Johto League Champions) of Pokemon, no one in the voice cast was dropped or added. Instead, a few names were changed/updated. “Addie” (Blaustein) became “Maddie”, Ikue Otani’s last name spelling changed to “Ohtani”, and Lobozzo’s first name was added to his line.

XVII. David Brimmer (person#1073) (real name), Michael Alstin Baley (person#19363) (variation of alias), Michael Alston (person#55671) (variation of alias) and Michael Baley (person#66143) (variation of alias)
Brimmer (as MAB) appears on the far end of Samurai Deeper Kyo as Nobunaga Oda using a deeper voice [ala Odion from Yu-Gi-Oh!] than what he gave Genma Kitoh (“Alstin”). Speaking of Odion, “Michael Alston” is how MAB is credited in Yu-Gi-Oh DM's final season (for Odion and/or Shada). Given the flexibility of this alias to be broken up as it has been and Brimmer’s unmistakable vocal stylings and presence, GaoGaiGar‘s Michael Baley can be concluded to be him as well.

XVIII. Michal Friedman (person#51785) (real name) and Michal Meadows (person#21760) (alias)
As mentioned in the site’s article reporting her passing, Michal The Girl had included note on her website of her having played Saisei in Samurai Deeper Kyo and various roles in The Gokusen – the roles done by Meadows.

XIX. Michael Liscio, Jr. (person#124913) (full/main name), Liscio, Jr. Michael (person#124912) (incorrect name order) and Michael Liscio (person#154215) (without Jr. variant)
Commas turning suffixes intro honorifics, and “Michael Liscio” was particularly used for Sm4sh, where Liscio reprised the Pokemon Inkay.

XX. Eli James (person#100775) (full/main name) and Eli Jay (person#105480) (variant)
James’ resume includes Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal protagonist Yuma Tsukumo, thus Jay is short for James.

XXI. Joey D’Auria (person#11942) (real name) and J.W. Terry (person#142486) (alias)
This was revealed by the official Yo-Kai Watch Twitter here, explaining that they were one in the same. His real name has since been used for Yo-Kai Watch: The Movie.

Tony Rodriguez (person#3756) is a duplicate and a mispelling of Toni Rodriguez (person#71081). She's credited as the latter name (example: http://es.doblaje.wikia.com/wiki/La_Cenicienta_II%3A_Un_sueño_hecho_realidad#Cr.C3.A9ditos LAS dub credits of Cinderella 2) and her Facebook page has that name.

I. Veronica Taylor (person#1081) (main name), Kathleen McInerney (person#13784) (alt name - alias/real name?), B. Simpson (person#61271) (alias) and B Simpson (person#4670) (variant of alias)
Taylor once stated in a tweet that “I'm Cosmos in #DissidiaFinalFantasy!”, credited in-game to McInerney.
--
And now for The Simpsons:
The difference of a dot is not a factor [nor the voice, as heard later]; the earliest of the not-dot works (Kurai in Angel Sanctuary) actually had a dot, as seen in the ending credits (which this review [16:49] just barely leaves in). The rest of the non-dots (and one of the with-dots) are all tied to the role of Ikki Tousen’s Gentoku Ryuubi. Despite the name use, Taylor has liked some tweets that feature her, such as this clip.

II. Brian Beacock (person#4019) (real name) and Donn A. Nordean (person#63653) (alias)
The role of Dengaku Man in BoBoBo-Bo Bo-BoBo is credited to Donn A. Nordean, as seen in the credits of later episodes (0:19). Beacock, meanwhile, has occasionally reminisced on playing Dengaku Man, such as this tweet (the included video, by sheer coincidence, being from the very same episode the above credits were pulled from). Also worthy of note is that the name “Donn A. Nordean” is based on family members, as aliases tend to be: “Donn A.” from his mother (Donna Beacock), and Nordean from his father (Nordean Beacock).

III. Luci Christian (person#12493) (correct spelling) and Lucci Christian (person#12772) (variation)
Verifiable via social media

IV. Hilary Haag (person#1065) (correct spelling) and Hilary Hagg (person#43201) (misspelling)
Pronounced (0:07) like it’s spelt: Haag with a hard ‘a’ sound.

V. Alyson Leigh Rosenfeld (person#99555) (correct spelling) and Alyson Leigh Rosenfield (person#99529) (misspelling)
Last name misspelled when first added; correct spelling has since been added and established as the norm.

VI. Alison Viktorin (person#57987) (correct spelling) and Alsion Viktorin (person#58422) (misspelling)
Misspelling of “Alison”

VII. Myriam Sirois (person#4908) (correct spelling) and Miriam Sirois (person#88046) (variant)
“Myriam” is the correct spelling of her first name, as per her LinkedIn.

VIII. Lili Troncale (person#154549) (main spelling) and Lily Truncale (person#100785) (variant)
The former is the name that this Animax voice actress has been using regularly since at least the 2010s (and possibly even before that). Her YouTube and Voice123 page names reinforce this.

IX. Jaime Stemmermann (person#155037) (correct spelling) and Jaime Stemmerman (person#12015) (erroneous spelling)
Jaime’s last name ends with 2 ‘n’s. This is viewable in both the end credits (0:07) as well as his LinkedIn.

X. Richard Epcar (person#1090) (real name) and Patrick Gilbert (person#12847) (alias)
Epcar has not made his involvement as E. Honda in SFII: The Animated Movie a secret, as seen in certain Twitter posts.

XI. Greg Ellis (person#155042) (correct/main spelling) and Gregg Ellis (person#53188) (variant in other works)
Both anime associated with Ellis credit him with the usual “Greg” spelling in their respective ending credits.

XII. Norio Tsuboi (person#86043) (correct name reading) and Tsuboinorio (person#38734) (incorrect name reading)
The space between his family and given names (つボイ ノリオ) was misinterpreted as being nonexistent in the credits of the Hoshi no Kirby episode he guest starred in, when in fact there was a space.

XIII. Anne Suzuki (person#27256) (official name reading), An Suzuki (person#9404) (unofficial reading) and Ann Suzuki (person#22363) (unofficial reading)
As seen on her profile, Anne (杏) was involved in the 4th Pokemon movie despite her given name being initially read as the traditional “An” (杏). The kanji can also been romanized as “Ann”, such as here.

XIV. Bruce Loeb (person#27723) (correct spelling) and Bruce Lueb (person#14146) (erroneous spelling)
As seen in ending credits (0:25) for Pokemon 4Ever.

XV. Jenaro Figueroa (person#7530) (correct spelling) and Jenaro Figuera (person#14157) (erroneous spelling)
As seen in ending credits (0:39) for Pokemon 4Ever.

XVI. Jonathan Lattif (person#12037) (full name), Jon Lattif (person#63863) (shortened variant), Jonathan Latiff (person#39576) (misspelled last name) and John Lath (person#14159) (erroneous spelling)
As seen in ending credits (0:45) for Pokemon 4Ever and his LinkedIn.

XVII. Nick Dibeneditto (person#27715) (real name) and Nick Dibenedito (person#14161) (variation)
This is the same film negative cutter as Nick DiBeneditto of N&D Film & Video. That aside, the ‘ditto’ spelling was used in both the movies before (3rd) and after (5th) 4Ever, which just spelled his name differently by chance, as seen here (0:52) .

XVIII. Fumiko Orikasa (person#912) (correct reading) and Tomiko Origasa (person#53108) (erroneous reading)
As mentioned in her official profile, Fumiko Orikasa played Kanon in the 5th Pokemon film.

I. Ignacio Lorefice (person#148581) (main name) and Ignacio Loreficce (person#155161) (erroneous spelling) are the same person. He was credited as his main name in the first season of YKW and as his alias in the second season. Examples: YKW S01E02 (from season one, as Lorefice) YKW S02E02 (from season two, as Loreficce)
II. Juan Echave (person#155162) (shortened variant) is an alias for Juan Manuel Echave (person#146817) (full name). He's mainly credited under his alias but some works credits him as his full name. Examples: YKW S01E08 (from season one, as "Juan Echave") Birdman LAS dub credits Desmond Argentine Spanish credits (non-anime roles, as Juan Manuel Echave)
III. I've recently discovered that Toni Rodriguez (person#71081) was credited as Tony Rodriguez (person#3756) in the Evangelion dub credits. I apologize for my lack of research. http://es.doblaje.wikia.com/wiki/Archivo:Créditos_de_Evangelion.jpg There are no other credits of Mexican dubs of anime featuring her.

The pages Pietro Mario and Mario Pietro should be merged, as they're about the same person. The correct order is Pietro Mario. Additionally, it should be "Mário" with an accent.

Since this person has very few credits, would you mind adding the incorrect Ryota credits to Souun and then we can just purge the Ryota page?
