Is it just me or does it seem stupid to show the movie for a manga thats not even out yet? I mean- sure hardcore H&C fans will go see it but they could have probably got more viewers if they released it when the manga comes out.

It is out. It's being serialized in Shojo Beat magazine.

I just hope they play in L.A. for once. Viz keeps ignoring us.

I heard NANA 2 isn't that good. Still, it's great that these films will be seen around these shores. Maybe J-DRAMAs will be next on the horizon...

*silent scream*

I can't wait! This is amazing, I hope they include my city in the screening! Lovely Complex movie was terribly amusing (though not as good as the manga); I can understand why it didn't get a theatrical release as well >D. Also excited to watch NANA on the big screen~

I really wish I didn't get the H&C R2 DVD for Valentine's Day last year. ^^; The Japanese R2 actually had English subs on it (rare, but it's legit), and now I'll have to consider if I want to get the R1 edition so I can play it on whatever DVD player I want without having to fiddle around with settings.

I'm really hoping the theatrical runs of all of these might include Indianapolis, but I know shouldn't hold my breath. I'm really happy to have the opportunity to see the NANA movies though, and I'll probably get LoveCom too, even if I'm not familiar with the manga it's based on. Might check that out beforehand too...

I hope these movies somehow make their way over to the UK & Ireland .... can't see it happening, but it would be awesome!

Awesome! I can finally get these on DVD with English on them! I am glad that at least some of the Live Action stuff is making it over here!

Now if we could only get You are Under Arrest done...

I am very happy but I know they won't come to GA for a theatrical run. What I am really hoping for is a quick DVD release.

Yea, heard the same thing. Quite annoyed that they replaced Hachiko. The first actress was great! I hope that J-dorams are on the horizon as well. I'd love to own Hana Yori Dango and Hani Kimi. Maybe some day I'll be able to own Summer Snow as well....
